Today was my first time going to this office. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My appointment was at 10 and I was out the door by 10:30. They were ready and willing to do the work I needed today but I had to get to work so they accommodated me and scheduled it for Friday. The procedure was a little on the expensive side and they even offered to split the payment in 2 for me. Amazing service all around.

Very friendly, professional, and quick service by the team here. Only point of caution, the office staff has incorrectly billed me on every visit from my family. Pay extra attention to your insurance coverage and ensure accuracy before paying out of pocket.

Forget Disney! Dental Care at Summerfield Crossing is the best! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable and Dr.Wild is the best of the best! Why would you not come here????

This was my first time at this Dentist office. I was greeted by a friendly staff. The waiting area looked beautiful and comfortable but I didn't have to wait at all. I was taken right away to my dental hygienist, Ali. She was the best hygienist I've ever had. So thorough, knowledgeable and caring. The Doctor came and looked at my teeth and overall check and everything was good. I was in and out in no time! I have finally found my dentist office for all future visits. 5 STARS

I don't know where to start! First of all, I was super afraid of dentists (had two really bad experiences a couple of years ago that kept me away from dentists). I explained this situation since the day I scheduled my first appointment, and I was treated super nicely! Dr. Caitlin is amazing! she's always happy!, she explained to me all the procedures with details, and was very thoughtful on each of my appointments. Also, had two appointments with Ali! Who is another angel! I can't complain with the cleaning treatment I had with her, everything perfect from beginning to end! And I can't finish this review without giving a shoutout to all the ladies of the front desk, and the dentist assistant!!! All of them are super nice and polite ladies! I went from being panicked to being happy every time I had an appointment there! 150% RECOMMENDED

AMBIANCE: 8.3/10 WORKFLOW: 8.1/10 SERVICE: 9.1/10 Mel, the Dental Hygienist is easy going but thorough and explained my treatment plan to me what the cause was, how to improve my oral health, and what to expect. Dr. Wild is humble and kind. Staff were accommodating. This place will pleasantly surprise you.

Doctor Caitlin Wild is the best. Her staff, from front desk to dental hygienist. Equipment is of the latest technology. Clean friendly environment. Best of all No Pain.

I just got the most painful temporary crown I ever have gotten in my life. It was truly 2 hours of torture between getting 5 shots of anesthesia, drilling and water piercing my tongue like a knife. I'm really trying to understand why what is normally a painless procedure has my face swollen and cheeks pulsating in severe pain from the needle injections. The Dr. here is really nice but I don't feel that they're fully aware of the pain they inflict. Everyone just froze and watched me react to the pain as if I was crazy. I'm very disappointed.

My mother came here and got a recommendation for an unnecessary procedure (verified by a second doctor). Don't get scammed by a place that pays for reviews.

My $2500 with insurance root canal magically became a $75 filling when I got a second opinion from a non corporate local dentist recommended by a friend. Maybe I will need a filling in future so I'm not saying it was unscrupulous? Time will tell. But so far my second opinion is winning. They said I could try Care Credit when I laughed at the price. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it. It was an outrageous price. Triple average.I asked my new dentist how much the root canal etc would be. $1500 cash price total. The whole experience was shameful. I was in pain.

I have been to this office a few times. My hygienist is Mel and she is wonderful. She explains everything, she is very personable and enjoyable to speak with. The office is very accommodating for appointments. Finally the lady at the front desk is wonderful as well. I am terrible with names but her shirt with a tooth holding up a tooth brush was memorable. She is terrific as well. Dr. Wilde is great as well. I love this office for my dental needs and my 13/y/o daughter as well.

This was by far THE best experience I've had at a dentist (and I'm 60). The staff was knowledgeable and friendly- questions asked and answered, they let you know every step of the way what they were doing and provided options. Also, each step of the way they discussed cost and coverage. The hygienist was very gentle - cleaning was not painful. Dentist was also the right combination of informative and personable.
