My goal is to provide patient-focused dental care and help my patients look and feel good about themselves by restoring the health, appearance, and function of their smiles. I strive to make each patients visit gentle and positive.
Dr. Azeff graduated with honors from the University of Florida and continued on to earn her Dental Degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. During her time at the University of Louisville, Dr. Azeff was a member of the Louisville chapter of the American Dental Association and the international dental honors fraternity, Alpha Omega.
Dr. Azeff recently relocated to the Atlanta area from Sarasota, Florida. When Dr. Azeff is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her Miniature Schnauzer, Turner. Dr. Azeff also loves spending time outside, traveling, and trying new restaurants!

They were able to work me in for an emergency very quickly as well as no wait time in the office. The dentist took xrays and provided me several ways to go forward with an action plan. The price was extremely reasonable.

I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years. I had both front teeth chipped, I was very self conscious of my smile. I went in and they asked me what I'd like to have done today, I told them what's most important to me is to have my smile back. Well a hour later I was looking at a smile with no flaws, the quality of work was beautiful, and the cost so very affordable. Thank you so much for fixing my smile. Now I got to re learn how to smile agian .

I haven't seen a dentist in years and wanted a broken tooth removed. I had no trouble making this appt. They did not preach about dental care just examined the tooth agreed it needed to come out suggested another broken tooth be removed at same time. All well within the budget I had set formyself. They also called in a prescription to treat the infection. Office staff and dentist just great friendly understanding and caring. I would reccommend without reservation.

The dental care is fine but billing practices leave little to be desired. I make in office payments after the service is complete and then get a bill to pay more a month later. They were super excited to get a crown pre-authorized but didn't check basic treatments like fluoride. The dentist should be in my mouth taking care of my teeth, I shouldn't feel like they are in my wallet too. I clearly need to find a dentist with a better business model who can tell me what my charges will be. Wouldn't be a big deal if this was one time and we learned but this is the second time, the last time being to the tune of hundreds of dollars that they said I owed after telling me they owned me a big credit. Doesn't sit right with me. Like I said, they do dentistry just fine, the business side of it is lacking. People deserve to know how much something costs before the services are rendered.

Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful! Very pleased with my experience. Temporary dentist was very nice . I look forward to meeting the Dentist when she returns as well.

I've never been to this dentist so I can't speak for how they are in person, but the experience I've had was that I made an appointment in May for a late September date for the actual visit. We've just been contacted to reschedule with virtually no explanation or apology and the earliest we could be offered an appointment was December. I just want to share this because if you're counting on an appointment, just know it could be cancelled at any time and there's no consideration for the fact that you booked it months in advance already. I'm honestly just very disappointed.

They were very attentive in repairing my crown! Thanks so much for being there when no other dentist was! Today Dr. Cleveland and Kelly were amazing at taking care of me! Plus the office staff is great! Love you guys

My first appointment at Rose Creek was excellent. They were very thorough with my exam-xrays, gums, and treatment plan options. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Nayee was wonderful with explaining my treatment options! Highly recommend!!

Dental Care at Rose Creek is absolutely wonderful. All the staff are so kind and caring. The care is amazing. As someone who isn't a huge fan of the dentist they always make me feel very comfortable!

Sam takes good care of me and I have to listen to her. Staff is friendly and I love going there. We had followed dr Azeff to her new company . It's def worth it! Just wish they had a payment plan.

Would have possibly had a patient for life! Called for an emergency appointment, cracked tooth and in excruciating pain!! If you ever had tooth pain you know what I'm talking about. Didn't even try to fit me in anywhere. Wanted to schedule 2 weeks out. Really...Tells me they don't really care. I mean aren't they in business to help people No one goes the extra mile anymore, sad!!
