We decided to give this office a try and I have to say I am exceedingly impressed with the staff and dentist. They communicate very well, understand billing practices, and even give many text reminders to confirm upcoming appts. Staff is extremely friendly and Dr. George was able to fix an ongoing problem I have been struggling with a front tooth that my prev dentist tried to fix twice, using inferior materials causing it to fail again. My tooth is now better than ever before. We will not be billed for extra unnecessary charges either. All things factored, impacted us from not wanting to go back to our other dentist. The hygienist here was very friendly too. Thank you so much, we will be happy to return for our regular check ups moving fwd. Can't wait for the BOTOX, that's on its way.

My daughter waited 2 hours for a general cleaning today. First, they messed up her appointment by putting it under "consultation", although that's not how it was scheduled online. Then they had to find another doctor to take her at the last minute. I understand that it was busy and close to closing, but lady that was cleaning her teeth was very aggressive and made her gums swell. She also took a personal phone call in the middle of cleaning her teeth. Very unprofessional and not pleased with this visit at all.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful. They were very thorough in the preliminary process and exam. Really liked Angela and Dr. Pocola. As new patients we were very happy with our choice for a new dentist plus they are conveniently located.

I recently brought my adult son with severe TBI/behavior issues to Dr. George for an emergency dental extraction. He was able to get him in immediately, and Dr. George's calm and patient demeanor helped my son get through the procedure with no difficulty whatsoever. Dr. George then agreed to personally perform a cleaning for my son at a later date, which was again accomplished without difficulty. The staff are all very helpful, patient, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend Dental Care at Quail Hollow.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years because I didn't like the cubicle-style dental offices of strip-malls that seem to be so common around here. Even though I eventually found a "family practice", I wasn't impressed. Fast forward to my visit at Quail Hollow yesterday...they were awesome! It was quick to get an appointment (sometimes they offer same-day visits!), the ladies at the front desk were friendly and made sure my insurance would be accepted. Camille, who took the x-rays was very kind. My hygienist Cheryl was such a pro...full of knowledge and skills. And Dr Ed P. was top-notch and really seemed to care! Give this place a try...they were wonderful!

My hygienist was pretty aggressive, but my teeth are so sensitive that any hygienist would probably seem too aggressive. The dentist had a great bedside manner and the office is beautiful. Overall a great experience.

Perfect experience getting my top two wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. George and Jessica were so sweet and attentive and listened to me whole heartedly. My dental anxiety was at ease and the entire process was lovely and pain free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist that genuinely cares about you. :)
