Returning calls not their forte. Care is good but I wish I had been informed more completely about the "discomfort". Asking: "any questions" is ludicrous if a patient does not know what to ask or expect. Not sure I was given opportunity to give informed consent.

Very nice office and the staff is very friendly! Also the hygienist and doctor have been the same ones we see each time we have an appointment.

Very friendly and helpful workers. All were polite and answered any questions I might of had and explain everything that was going on with the ex rays what needs to be done. Very clean place too. Just a wonderful place. 5 stars Thank you very much

I had been seeing a different dentist and had a truly horrible experience with my first ever crown. My husband tried Dental Care at Pretty Pond and couldn't have been happier. When I had a filling fall out a few months later, I called them. Even as a new patient they got me in the very next day ( I got the impression if I was in pain they would have made it happen the same day). Dr. Jawad did a thorough exam of the area of concern and noted it wasn't just one filling but two needing repair. He replaced both the same day.... painlessly! I was so impressed I agreed to schedule a comprehensive exam and cleaning and actually looked forward to it. I have never said that about a dentist! During that visit he noted another filling was crumbling and immediately repaired it. Again painless! Nicole the hygienist was amazing as well. Explained everything she was doing and asked questions to ensure an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Jawad and his team to anyone!

Dr. Valdez and his team are incredible! They are super attentive to your needs and want to ensure you are satisfied! Due to previous poor experiences with dentists I was nervous, but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease. Everything was explained in advance so there are no surprises when you are in the chair. If you are in need of a good dentist then look no further!

They milk you for everything you got, went for just my 6 months cleaning, first time there, was told I needed additional cleaning and was quoted a very large price. Stated I can't afford that, they called the receptionist and covered the pricing with insurance, was told insurance will def cover if I did it separately 2 weeks apart. Everything was confirmed and I went back and completed the process and paid the balance as stated. Only to see a large bill sent to me. That I started b4 I sat in the chair that I would not pay that amount and would find a different dentist. They find everything on earth to tell you what your mouth need. Crooks

Went today for a cleaning. They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in at the last minute. Roxana, the hygienist, Dr. Jawad, and Antoinette were all outstanding.

The professionalism of the staff was greatly appreciated they take great care to create a comfortable and reassuring environment for the patient. The dental hygienist was professional and very compassionate took great care to ensure you were comfortable and not experiencing pain. The doctor gave a complete and thorough exam of my mouth and surrounding areas came up with a very functional plan to fix a problem tooth and look at a way to save money for the extensive repair that was necessary for my tooth.

Had new bottom dentures make. Took a few weeks with several different fittings in between. But they fit a lot better than the old ones did. Just got them but I think they're going to be a big improvement.

9/2/22 - Received Google message stating to call them to discuss. Funny, I have called 3 or more times to discuss before leaving a bad review and they say someone will return my call but no one ever calls me back. One more example of a company who doesn't care about their customers!! They don't care about their customers. The office manager is rude and won't return my calls. Had a coupon for $25 off and gave it to them. They didn't credit my account and said I didn't have one and they didn't send me one. Thank goodness I kept a picture of it. They finally credited my account but disappointed that the office manager couldn't return my call or at least apologize for her rudeness. They lost three customers over a $25 coupon.
