Made my first visit today and had an excellent experience! Hygienist did and excellent job and was a joy. I don't want to admit it but I'm kind of looking forward to seeing them next week.

Went in for my first visit ( Major ) and they only took X-rays, no cleaning or anything . Didn't explain why. In there for an hour . Will be finding another dentist.

Dr. McMichael is the best! She was very informative about what she was doing during the entire process and had my filling done in no time! Brooke cleaned my teeth and was very thorough!

Edit 10/18/22 The terrible service continues! Dental Care at Palladium called my parents after this review and set an appointment for her for 10/18/22 at 2pm. After my father confirmed my mother's appointment MULTIPLE times via text and I received a CONFIRMATION email about her appointment.They state her appointment WASN'T confirmed! And they would only be able to see her IF their next appointment didn't show up. What kind of mediocre business is this? This is the 3rd and last time they will try them out. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE avoid them at all costs unless you like wasting your time. Terrible service, I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Had my mother scheduled, as a new patient, to get service on June 21st. That got cancelled, due to an emergency appointment, which was fine we understand things happen. Got her rescheduled for August 15th, received MULTIPLE reminder emails and text messages for her appointment. She goes there today for her appointment and BOOM they're closed, due taking a Continuing Education course. WHY in the world would you schedule and send MULTIPLE reminders for an appointment but planned to be closed? Doesn't make any sense and tried to push back her appointment AGAIN. Nope we're finding another dentist because this type of service is completely unacceptable. My parents BOTH have taken days off work to get a regular routine cleaning and have wasted their time. Terrible business practices.

I was not pleased to find out that my dentist had left and Olivia was in a new position. I wish the best of success to Olivia. Molly, my dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful as we confirmed my information and she cleaned my teeth. Molly was caring and professional. Dr. Everett was pleasant and professional too. She listened to me and treated me with care as she examined my teeth. I felt valued as a customer.

Dr. McMichael is wonderful! I had a pretty extensive fill-in session with her. She treated me with dose appropriate local anesthetic and talked me through everything. I appreciated her patient education and how detail oriented she is. Great experience!

My hygienist Molly was amazing! I get bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and she made me feel completely comfortable. She was very professional and explained everything as she was doing it. The front desk staff were amazing as well! A major upgrade from my old dentist office.

They had my contract stating that I will only get x-ray every two years. They waited on the day of my appointment to tell me that they want x-ray done every cleaning. Unacceptable behavior, Unprofessional

My first time at this place. The office receptionists were pleasant and professional. My hygienist took me on time, answered all my questions, and the dental visit was very thorough. Highly recommend this office.

Actual dental care seems to be okay. However, they have cancelled on my son who is only home for the summer the day before twice. Horrible explanations. They also do not return phone calls. Would not recommend because they make it impossible to schedule and don't seem to have the act together in the office.
