Love Dental Care at Mill Creek. Not a big fan of the dentist, but honestly who is? The team at Dental Care is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome, the service great and they go above and beyond to ensure you have great Dental care.

Basically I went in for a teeth cleaning and came out with a couple class rings and a wrist watch. My experience, my teeth never got cleaned for a lack luster reason they provided and felt like a customer being sold a list of treatments and not a patient. My question to this practice is who's interest are you serving, the practices or the patients?

Everyone was friendly and professional. I hadn't been to a dentist in over years. I was treated with respect and not made to feel bad because it had been so long. My teeth feel so good. I will be back

Very friendly staff and nice building. Love the solid communication and Dr Miller knows his stuff and took the time to walk me thru different treatment plans. I switched from a different practice and so far very pleased

They are very nice and personable. Haven't caused any of us any pain, at least not yet. So far they have seen 4 of the 7 of our family and hopefully the rest soon. Very clean office as well and reasonable rates.

They didn't see me until 30 minutes after my appointment and I didn't see the dentist until 1 hour after my appointment. The care was excellent though.

I'm a chicken, and they've been great. I'm almost back to good dental health after years of fear and avoidance. Thank you!

Went in for a cleaning and everything seemed fine, but then it all became worse when they recommended dental work for my husband. They indicated our insurance company would not cover any of the work so we would be required to pay for it out of pocket. Due to how severe it was, we agreed. I later found out from our insurance company that it was covered and that the office never submitted any of the paperwork to our insurance company. Month three and still fighting to get them to submit the correct claim. Found out today they submitted the wrong information to our insurance company. On top of that, my husband was told by someone in their office that we should just "make the payment and get a refund later". If it's covered, why should we pay? Very apparent they are in it for money not to help.

I'm admittedly not much of a dentist goer, I know, shocker - right?? But Dental Care at Mill Creek was a pleasant surprise. I felt more comfortable and taken care of there than any other dentist I previously patronized. Dr. Miller was skilled, down to earth, and very clear in providing me the information I needed to move forward with my dental care. The hygienists were spectacular and the state of the art equipment was helpful for me to understand my recommended treatment plan. Finally, the scheduler/insurance expert extraordinaire, went out of her way to get my treatment scheduled so it was completed by vacation time. Thankful this place is so close to me.

Dentist in a box. Texted me 5 times for my insurance information prior to my appointment. I indicated i had insurance and would provide at appointment. Then they put the words in my mouth. Maybe we are not the practice for you. At least we agree on that. This is a review of the practice. Not the dentist. Never sat in his chair.

Summary: Find a smaller, non corporate dentist. I originally really liked this place, but now feeling scammed. I went in for my first checkup/cleaning about 6 months ago. They told me that overall my teeth were in good shape, just needed 1 crown and 2 cavities filled. They mentioned it looked like I grind my teeth, should get a night guard, but overall no big deal. Came back for another 6 month checkup a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, they're telling me that I have periodontal disease and my gums are receding horribly for a person my age (27). Not-so-Coincidentally, the tooth/gum they were so concerned with was the tooth they did a crown on. A quick google search will tell you that an improperly fitted crown can cause receding gums. I even told them that I feel like the crown is not completely secure and they were a bit wishy-washy about what they could do for that. I was told my only option was to get a tissue graft to fix the issue. I also complained that the teeth I had cavities filled in were experiencing some killer temperature sensitivity that only began after the dental work. They brushed it off, and said "well, you'll probably just need a root canal." I had absolutely no pain or sensitivities before I had any work done with them. I absolutely feel like I'm in a worse situation than before I was seen by this practice. My husband had also been seen by this office. He needed a bit more work done, a handful of crowns. The old dentist, Dr Swee told him he needed xyz....the new dentist Dr Miller has now contradicted that plan and told him he needs different work done. Very strange. On one of the crowns my husband did have placed, the *permanent* crown popped/fell off the same day it was done. From there, we were extremely concerned about the quality of the work. This has left us feeling confused about whether the work/intentions of the doctor are in good faith. In terms of staff, the dentists have been nice, though we are questioning the ethical standards. The hygienist we've seen has mostly been nice, but made me feel extremely nervous and ashamed about the receding gum issue. My husband left with the same feeling, that he should be embarrassed about the condition of his teeth/the work he needed done. Scheduling has been easy and the front desk girls are very very sweet. Insurance hasn't seemed to be a big problem, though we have gotten some bills for out of pocket costs (which were expected) that we didn't go over with a fine tooth comb so I can't guarantee that they were accurate (as other reviews have mentioned).
