After waiting for over a month for an appointment, I endure the worse treatment from the representatives, I decided to write this review. I have two dental insurances, discounted Aetna plan and the other one a Delta family plan. Aetna being a discounted plan offers a higher coverage whereas Delta coverage is only fifty percent. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that I can only use Aetna because it was considered my primary insurance even though I had just gotten this plan. They refused to honor my Aetna plan even though it had more coverage giving me a lower payment. Despite my effort to get them to honor Aetna discounted plan they insisted that Delta was the only one they will accept. I had no recourse than to leave without getting any procedure done because they wanted to charge a few hundred dollars more for the procedure. Prior to coming in for my appointment, I had reached out to them to inquire on the balance for the procedure, they insisted on having me wait until the day of it to quote me the balance. They want to charge you the highest amount posible for any service disregarding what is convenient for the patient to pay. I don't recomenend this company, they can't be trusted to make decisions that will benefit the patient but rather themselves. 6019 US Highway 17 92 N Davenport fl.Dental care loughman crossing is a not profesional and quality for de costumer .lo this is my opinion.

Great experience and friendly staff. They didn't mind me bringing my infant daughter, which is huge for me as a stay at home mom. Dentist was informative and kind. The only bad thing was a long wait for new patients. I had to wait 9 months for my appointment. Yes, nine months. Otherwise, wonderful office and great experience.

It was Perfect. They got me an appointment on the same day and also made sure they came up with a treatment plan for me. They were all nice at the office and the dentist was very thorough

Had one of the greatest experiences with the dentist I have ever had understand my concerns and addressed my issues with care and understanding will recommend this office to anyone who want to be cared for from start to finish.

The best dental practice anywhere in Davenport. They helped me resolve a major concern without judgement and were very thorough with the treatment plan. The work came out so much better than I expected. Thank you Dr. Mahmood and Cici!

Very accommodating. I called Jin the morning when under a hurricane warning and not only did they fit me in, but took care of the cause of the problem. Professional and pleasant, from initial greeting to check out.

Staff is very upbeat, smiling and a joy to enteract with. Hygienist, Daisey was very patient and very professional. Dr May listen to my concerns and also advised me of a possible problem that could arise later on down the road. I am glad l booked my consultation with Dental Care of Loughman.

It was an amazing experience today at Dental Care Loughman Crossing to undergo first Dental Filling (in 68 yrs)of my life by Dr Mahmood! Yannari has magic touch in her hands during dental cleaning! Staff at surgery was very polite & courteous! Dr Choudhry

I've been going to the same dentist for a decade due to a recent move I had to change. I was apprehensive but received a flyer in the mail for dental care of Loughman Crossing. Literally from the moment I walked in the building I was quite surprised. It was extremely clean and very welcoming. But the most important thing that stood out to me was there efficiency and thoroughness. i'm nearly 60 years old and I've been to a lot of dentists this is probably my best experience yet. Very friendly, and very professional. As long as I live in this area these are the only folks I'll go to.

This was my first visit. Terrible experience. The hygienist was very impersonal. I felt like between her and the Dentist, all they were interested in was up selling services. I am a 61 year old Man, I have had the same gum and bone loss for over forty years! And now all of a sudden, I need a deep cleaning? So when I declined the deep cleaning and being in the chair for over two hours the hygienist rushed through a normal cleaning and acted perturbed. Worst cleaning of my life. I do not recommend Dental Care Of Loughman!

A very comprehensive first visit: x-rays, scans, dental health evaluation and very thorough cleaning. Very professional doctors, hygienists & support staff. I felt that I was in very good hands.

Doctor May, it's amazing! You can tell that she loves her job and her patients. I have never feel so trustworthy with another Dentist before. She is one in a kind Doctor. Thank you so much Doctor May. Jennifer the dental assistance, needs an extra 10 starts for her. She is so humble and super nice. I feel so good Today. Thank you guys.
