Dr. Menias is committed to continuing her dentistry education through various advanced training courses to ensure that she is up to date with state-of-the-art dental technology and procedures so she can provide the best care for her patients.

Today I felt like a number - The staff here is not interested in providing a focused personalize experience. 1. Not calling me by my preferred name on file even after correcting twice. 2. Changing my appointment provider without asking due to systems limitations and outsourced processes. 3. The chit-chat during my appointment was uncomfortable. I need not be part of the team building bonding process it was clear there was difference in opinion on recreational topics and that was just weird. Specifically why you ARE taught things in school that you don't use in practice. My assumption is just in case you need to know one day. 4. When I did talk to someone about it - I would have appreciated more empathy. I was and still am upset but I was asked to stop speaking when I was trying to mention a point that was inaccurate and omitted - and at the end it was admitted to be as technicality. 5. Looking up and taking about the next patient vs focusing on me. I picked this office b/c it was close to home, and I want to support the community I've lived in since 1992 + I had built a great relationship with my hygienist which is important to me. Normally I'm chill but this visit was whack and unprofessional.

They used to be nice, and try to find the best option for you. Recently I went to get a scan for my Invisalign's and an unknown charge was given to me and they claim to have been trying to give it to me for months. But I've literally been going to them at least every other month and it was never brought up. Unfortunately I'm not going to continue with my Invisalign -even though I've already deposit almost $3000 into the process- at least not with this dental office. Whoever the new manager is she spoke to me in a belittling and condescending tone about the messages and notices I've never received the whole place is turning into a dumpster fire.

I can say that I left here and went to one of there other facilities and I happy with what I seen I came back New Staff and new staff in back and Dr it was a great experience and way better than before. My cleaner is the boom she is great

$$$$ This is how they see their patients.. Be very careful when going to this dental office. It is very sad that I didn't receive a good dental cleaning unless I paid a lot of money out of pocket however my insurance has great coverage. I would NOT recommend this dental office. They take many x-rays because they want to sell you Invisalign... Then the dentist will recommend $5000 Invisalign regardless if you need them. $$$

Definitely recommend if your feeling uncomfortable going to the dentist. I haven't been to the dentist in awhile due to having bad experiences with people who work there being unprofessional and talking about my teeth. Liz made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay every step of the way.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment two months ago. When I called to confirm they couldn't even find my name, after waiting for a long time they found it. Then a week before my appointment they called me to cancel it. They said the office hours have changed and they only had another appointment for a month and a half later. They lost a very good customer. I live nearby and was planning make that the place to go with my family for our dental treatments.
