I've had a few issues scheduling here and I've only been a patient for a year. Didn't think much of it, I can work around my schedule. THEN I had called trying to reschedule my cleaning appointment to be sooner because one of my teeth was hurting, felt sensitive, etc. They told me they had nothing, again I said ok that's fine. Come time for my appointment, I had scheduled at 4pm, got there at 3:30pm, filled out paperwork, etc. At 4:20pm, I am sitting in the waiting room STILL and I get a call from THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER saying I needed to reschedule since I was there. I stood up said I'm here, didn't get taken back until 4:30pm and I had another appointment at 5pm. I said I needed to be gone in 15 minutes they said that wouldn't happen and I said well then I'll reschedule for the next day because I had left my first job early AND called off my second job. I go in the next day, I end up with 1 cavity. Trying to schedule a filling, and I was told I couldn't take the appointment for the following week because it was saved for emergencies and people who need to come in last minute. I said well I called trying to come in sooner and got told no so why can't I be placed there, if no one comes, then I can go. They said they can't do that. I truly am just so fed up. I had a bad experience the first time I went with the receptionist and hygienist, but tossed it up to a bad day. I now realize, the whole business is just a joke.

I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. 4 people arrived after I did and they were taken back pretty quickly. I was the only person in the waiting room and after 20 minutes, I got up and cancelled my appointment and left. They clearly didn't want a new patient today.

The dentist that I went to had such practical advice to give and already I'm feeling much more comfortable. He did not try to sell me anything ,just gave me the best advice for keeping a healthy smile. The exam for cysts in the mouth I did not need and I let them know that I did not feel that necessary for what I was there for and they did comply. But I will be going back for sure, and making an appointment for my daughter. I think I finally found a dentist that I can trust

Dr. Bilov and his team really care for their patients and will only recommend you get truly necessary procedures. I was having molar pain and we were discussing if I should have a root canal and then a crown. However, after Dr. Bilov and his assistants tested and restested my tooth and took more x-rays, he told me he'd prefer to have a second opinion. He offered some references. Then an endodontist tested my tooth, and helped confirm that I didn't need a root canal or crown. I'm so grateful for Dr. Bilov, his assistants, and their honesty.

My first visit and I was impressed by Dr. Bilov...his diagnosis and options for treatment and improvement were pretty much what I thought they might be but he explained so much more. All of the staff that I met were really nice and very helpful. The one thing that was kind of annoying was the really long wait time...but that's what games on your phone are for!

The best dentist visit I have ever had! I am new to Lakewood Ranch and I have never had my teeth cleaned so well! The hygienist, Ashley, did a AMAZING job. My teeth were so white I took a picture as soon as I got in my car and sent it to my husband. It was clear to me Ashley was highly trained and enjoys her job. The dentist was very personable and professional using technology to examine every angle of my teeth. I highly recommend this practice for dental care!!!

An absolutely incredible experience! Dr. Igor Bilov is definitely very knowledgeable and experienced professional, as well as very friendly, with an outstanding attitude and care for his patients. The services are expensive...well, you get what you pay for. Thanks to the doctor and the entire clinic staff for helping me in my very painful situation. Highly recommended!

Great office and staff. I highly recommend them. My daughter in-law and husband are patients as well. Dr. Monzin and Lauren work well together which provides a comfortable atmosphere. Extremely pleased with their services.
