I called the office in advance asking how much my cleaning would be. I was told 111. I explained I was trying to save money and would go elsewhere using a coupon for my cleaning. But since they quoted 111 on the phone and I used them before I went ahead with my appointment. After I already met with the dentist and had x-rays done someone from billing came in saying there were 3 fees. 111 for cleaning 60 for exam and 80+ for x-rays. Had I known this I would have used my 59 dollar coupon to go somewhere else. It was too late by the time billing came in the exam room and I should have been told on the phone. I was not charged for the x-rays which I was appreciative of but really couldn't afford that extra 60 dollars. Then the cleaning didn't seem thorough. I felt like I just threw 170+ away. ***Update management credited me the exam fee and promised to give me a review of the bill before my next service. Very pleased with their quick response***

Excellent care and service! The doctor was very gentle and excellent bedside manner. Would highly recommend. I had to have a emergency extraction, they took me same day!

I would like to start with saying that the new facility was really nice. The check in was very easy and was seen on time. I had a problem with a tooth and X-rays were taken. The dentist wanted to refer me to an office in Cary the following Monday. I was seen on a Thursday. I choose not to wait due to the fact I was in pain and didn't want to go through the weekend and possibly getting worse. I found another office that could see me the same day and was on my way. I called Dental Care at Harris Crossing and ask if they could send to the other dental office the X-rays and was told I had to sign a release, which was fine. I arrived at the other dental office and they had my release ready to send after my signature. Receptionist called Dental Care and got the email and fax number to send release and it was sent at that time. I was in the chair and staff was waiting on my X-rays to be sent. After 3 phone calls from the office and 1 from me, the X-rays were never sent. The other dentist decided to take more X-rays and not charge me.

Dr Hartley is a very caring, honest, sincere person. He is THE BEST dentist in my opinion. Priscilla is my dental hygienist and she goes above and beyond for her clients. The whole office staff at great!

Very friendly , polite the place is extremely clean and they take their time in their job . As well as the front desk dealing with insurance benefits qualifications inquiries by the patient.I recommend this dentist place and I am very very happy with their service.

Very friendly staff. My son was a new patient and the staff reached out ahead of time to verify my insurance. They made it all very easy. Also, Dr Samia took his time examining my son. I left my other dentist because they were getting too busy and I felt like we were rushed through all the time.

I have had the best experience at this dental office. I called to make an appointment and Jessica answered all of my questions (about insurance etc) and was so pleasant. When I arrived at this office all of my needs were met professionally but also by truly caring individuals. Dr Paul explained step by step what was necessary for the best dental care. There were no surprises, everything was explained beforehand and today I had my last visit receiving my new crown. Everyone in that office is the best. 9/15/22 Riley cleaned my teeth- very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr came in and was likewise helpful and friendly. I am recommending this office to all my friends!

This was my first appointment at Dental Care at Harris Crossing. The staff were very friendly and professional. My dental hygienist was Percella. She was amazing! She did my exrays, cleaning and answered all my questions. Following my cleaning, the doctor performed a thorough examination, shared his findings and answered my questions. I was completely impressed with the customer care and services. For sure, I made my 6 month routine cleaning appointment and strongly recommend Dental Care at Harris Crossing.
