Went in today for two fillings. Front desk staff is great and so are the assistants/hygienists. Someone (not the doctor) "numbed me"...did a great job and didn't feel a thing. However, I sat in the chair for almost 40 minutes (post-numbing) before the doctor came in to do the fillings. I was never checked on. Never informed that it would be a few minutes before the doctor would be with me. A little insight would've been appreciated. Additionally, while having the cavities drilled out, either the drill or another instrument, caught the side of my tongue causing a small laceration. Of course I didn't feel a thing at the time because I was numb. But holy hell! Does it hurt now since the numbing has worn off. I understand that accidents happen, but at least inform the patient!

Love this dental office! Today was my first visit there, and everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist herself was wonderful They were all very nice and helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them!
