I want my patients to understand that their dental needs and their overall comfort are my highest priorities. I strive to provide comprehensive dental care of truly exceptional quality for all of my patients.

Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. McGraw is a new resident of the wonderful state of Tennessee. He moved here after dental school not only in search of a quality place to start his career, but also in search of somewhere he could live a more outdoors-centered lifestyle. When he is not spending time with family or friends, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, setting up his hammock and reading, fishing, playing golf, and watching a plethora of movies. He's looking forward to making new friends and discovering all that Tennessee has to offer.

Just got off the phone with one of the representatives, Pam. Before placing me on hold, I literally told them that i was calling for two reasons: 1.) Reschedule an appointment 2.) my bill Upon her return, the whole conversation went left and she didn't even try to reschedule my appointment. She quickly gave me the number to where I can call to follow up on my bill and hung up. Last I checked, I thought customer service ended with, "Is there anything else I can assist you with?" Didn't even get to reschedule my appointment. Passively, rude!

My stress level is off the charts when I go to the dentist. My experience at Gordon Crossing may change that. When I called, Pam listened to my concerns and gave me reassurance that I would be in goods hands at their office. The team didn't let me down. Ashleigh was patient and kind while getting the endless X-rays and I appreciated that she knew I was nervous and gave me the option of having all are part of them done. Lauren was fabulous at explaining what I needed to do to take care of my gums because she made me feel like I had easy options to help in the healing. Previously I have been made to feel like I was the worst person in the world and didn't care about taking care of my dental care. She definitely did NOT take that approach and was so encouraging. I cannot thank Dr. McGraw enough for his patience with my questions, explaining the options and setting up a treatment plan that I was most comfortable with. He took into consideration my stress level and how to get things done with the fewest number of visits. I'm still not a fan of dental visits, but this team makes me want to get past that so I have long term dental health. Thank you!!

Today was my first visit at Dental Care at Gorden Crossing. The staff was nice. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Hunter. She was very engaging. However, the wait time was a bit long. I was told, by the staff, that they were shorthanded and that is the reason why the wait time was so long. I didn't even go in for a full exam, which is what I thought I was getting. So, whomever scheduled me neglected to ask me what type of examination was needed. I was there for approximately 2 hours for something that should've taken about 30 minutes. I was very nervous about the cleanliness of the room and the utensils used. I noticed that some rooms had coverings over the chairs and the head rest. My room did not have any such coverings. While getting prepared to be x-rayed I overheard one of the assistants telling another employee that everything in there is dirty. I wasn't sure what she was referencing, as I was reclined in the chair with my back turned to both individuals. The assistant was cleaning an item and used those same gloves to examine my mouth. At that point I was over it and was ready to leave. I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks. Hopefully they will be fully staffed, and everything will go well. - Kimarka H.

It's always a pleasure visiting here. Yes, you read that right. It is always a pleasure to visit the dentist. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They treat you as if they've known you all your life. It's a great place.

I love my dental staff always. The financial person just devastated me. Telling me my insurance doesn't renew until April 1st. Why didn't y she tell me before the 259 dollar cleaning. So unfair!! Even with reduction of cost. Awful!!!

Dr. McGraw and his team are excellent. I am always very pleased with their work when I leave. They also have great systems of communication and make scheduling very easy.

Had a root canal done yesterday and when I tell you Dr. Hunter is the MVP of dentistry, you best believe it. First time in my life (and I've had LOTS of work done on my teeth over the years) that the numbing shots did NOT traumatize me. The staff is top notch, from reception to dental assistants to billing. Best experience I could have hoped for and I appreciate it.

This was my first time here and everyone was so sweet and caring. They honored the first time new client fee which included all X-rays. Having no insurance, this was important to me. I was very happy with all the technicians and the bill! Highly recommend.
