I had my first visit yesterday with Dr. Moon and his staff. I am exceedingly impressed with every aspect of their practice. Their office is open, clean, spotless, and organized. I immediately felt at ease Their staff greeted me with kindness and efficiency. It appears he has the most up to date operation and equipment. It took me a while to absorb everything I was seeing, in a positive way. Dr. Moon and his staff know what they're doing and since they have an efficient operation with the latest technology, they quickly assessed my needs, contacted my insurance company, and within. 10 or less minutes had a complete breakdown of costs and the amount my insurance would pay! What a wonderful surprise and not often seen in other practices! I highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking dental work or looking to switch dentists. Awesome! PAMELA H .

Had my teeth cleaned today! Staff was professional and friendly. Dr Moon came in to do an exam and was also professional and friendly. Front desk pleasant and assisted with all my questions

I have had a lot of dental challenges over the years, some of them stemming from poor experiences with dental professionals. Not here, though. I have had positive experience after positive experience. I still dread going to the dentist, but my anxiety is assuaged knowing that I will be treated respectfully and with dignity. Best dental experiences I have ever had, if that is a thing.

This was my first appointment. The staff is wonderful. Even before I went in they helped me sort out an insurance problem. Loved the way they communicated with me. The exam went very well and Dr Moon was thorough. He is working out an option plan for me with options on how we will proceed. Highly recommend this practice

They pay attention to details and notice things when they first start. They understand that money can play a role in getting the care you need. I love this office and will never go anywhere else!

Had a dental emergency, while visiting the area. Dental Care of Eldersburg Commons, couldn't have been more accommodating, attentive, or helpful! The staff was beyond fabulous, the office and examination room immaculate, pricing more than reasonable and the care superb!

Love how the pay close attention any pain or nervousness one gets. They have taken care of my whole family and even got my younger child to appreciate going to the dentist... couldn't have asked for a better place that is comforting

Dr. Moon is an excellent dentist and the hygienists were also very kind and patient. Dr. Moon is by far the best dentist to have come to Eldersburg Commons in many years!
