Went in for a cleaning. Complete disregard for time. Was in the chair for 50 minutes, and was presented with a price for work to be done with no explanation on what they wanted me to pay for. Asked her to just do the cleaning I was scheduled for, and told me she couldn't at this point because we were out of time. Very disappointed with my experience there this time, and very likely won't be returning.

We chose Dental Care at Eagle Landing because of the convenience of the location, but unfortunately had so many issues with scheduling that we'll be going somewhere else at this point. My partner had scheduled a routine cleaning appointment back in March with the appointment being set in early September due to them being so far booked out. We received a call 5 days before his appointment saying that they would need to cancel the appointment. They offered to reschedule it for a later date and time that did not work with his work schedule. When we told the staff member that this date/time would not work, the only other solution offered was to be added to their cancellation list and schedule a new appointment and basically begin the waiting period over again. Seeing as he had scheduled this original appointment six months ago for a date and time that was conducive to his schedule, this situation is extremely frustrating. I experienced similar scheduling issues when I first became a patient. I had scheduled my first appointment for several months out and then received a phone call saying that they had accidentally scheduled me for a day that they were closed ad would need to reschedule. Again, this is SO frustrating for people who not only had appointments scheduled well in advance, but also have work and other commitments that must be scheduled around.

This was my first time visiting.I was so scared. I've always had bad experiences at the dentist office. My experience here was one of the best I've ever had. The location is very clean and up to date. They definitely want the PATIENT to feel comfortable.

From the check-in to the check-out process, the entire team at this office are amazing!! I'm so thankful to have been able to get an appointment for an issue I'd been dealing with for several months. The cleanliness of this office helped calm me immediately and after meeting Matty (sp) and Dr Awad I knew I'd found my new dentist!! I couldn't ask for a more professional, thorough and pleasant experience. Hoping to NOT have to visit often but I'm glad I'll be in good hands whenever I do. Highly recommend!!

I came in and received a pleasant welcome, was handed intake forms, and was taken back almost immediately after handing the forms back. My dental hygienist was very kind and explained certain things happening with my teeth in a clear way as well as recommending a few ways to keep on target. My ONLY "complaint" was the length of time I waited for the doctor to check me out after the hygienist worked with me. The doctor was very nice and straightforward. Once I was done, we talked about some potential treatment plans with Invisalign. The lady I talked with at the front desk was very accommodating when I mentioned some financial concerns. She helped me look at a few different payment plans without interest. Overall, I had a really lovely experience coming here! BUT, if you get cold like I do, bring an extra jacket ;)

Wonderful staff! This was my first visit. I actually got seen at my appointment time (which doesn't always happen nowadays). My dental hygienist was AMAZING and so thorough. She explained everything and just made the whole visit nice. The dentist was professional and friendly, too. This was a really great visit!

I have been going to this dental office for the past three years and have never had a bad experience. They are very helpful with my ever changing schedule and always seem to find an appointment that makes my day less stressful!

They were GREAT AND VERY PLEASANT!! THE ENVIRONMENT VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING. THE DENTIST WAS VERY NICE AND TOOK CARE OF MY FILLIN WITH NO ISSUES AND CHECKED ON ME DURING THE PROCESS. GREAT STAFF!! This is my permanent DENTIST spot! I do recommend this place if your looking for a good dentist!

What an amazing experience for someone who is *terrified* of the dentist and has avoided going for years. Everyone in the office from the time you walk in the door is friendly, welcoming, and understanding. Additionally, the work of the doctors is phenomenal. 10 out of 10.
