They were amazing. I was visiting out of town and had an issue with my implant. They got me in and assessed and created a treatment plan to get me through until I could get back home and see my dentist. Nav was so nice and professional as well. She made the experience wonderful

I am so impressed with Dr. Bollinger and all of the staff at Columbus Crossing!! They just go above and beyond! I recently needed to have extensive work done and I get very anxious at the dentist, since I was a child but everyone was very supportive and did things to ease my anxiety. I had also recently had back surgery and they were so accommodating!! Even offering pillows and blankets and not moving forward until i was in a completely comfortable position! They explained things in detail and included me in every step of the plan of care. Including finding alternative ways to pay. And the work that was done looks great and has relieved my pain! I recommend these fantastic people to anyone in search of dental care! They are so wonderful!

It is unethical to do a treatment on a patient that is not covered by their insurance and to not ask them if they want it or are willing to pay out of pocket for it. Greedy!!!
