Gave misleading information about being in-network provider for insurance. Estimates not accurate by hundreds of dollars. Did not notify about prior balance until after the fourth visit. If knew how much prior balance is after the first visit would not come back, but since had no clue - balance just kept accumulating.

The dentists here are nice. However, their billing staff is completely incompetent and will try and steal money from you. Check your explanation of benefits before paying any bills they send you. I have wasted two hours of my life trying to fix their bill because my insurance company sent THEM a check and had the wrong address. I even called the insurance company who also called them while we were on the phone to tell them of the error and to try and resolve the issue. They have still not corrected the issue and continue to send me a bill for something I DO NOT owe!
