No complaints on my end. Staff was fantastic. Everything was explained before any procedure. Very relaxed atmosphere. Future visits were explained and payment arrangements were discussed. I was very happy with experience today and confident that future visits will be exactly as it was today. Thank you everyone for helping me work on my Dental health.

From check in to check out and every person and step in between was awesome. They all take their time and explain each and every step. I've always feared what my bill would be, not here, they went over everything and explained what was the most important down to the least. I strongly recommend Dental Care @ Barrow Crossing

First Dental visit in ever in my life, I'm glade a chose this place. I forgot the 6 month pregnant lady's name that took my X-ray. But she made it a great first experience for me. I don't know what else to say bc it's my first ever dental visit. Definitely will be back. Update: I came back for a emergency tooth extraction that's been bothering me really really bad. First time EVERRRRRR having a tooth extraction and it went great. I was nervous but Dr. Patel did great.

From the checkin to checkout and everything in between, the nicest group of people. Dr Adams is gentle and kind; Hance was wonderful ! I recommend this office to anyone in the area.

If I could give ten stars, I would! They are crazy busy, but still treat their patients well. The staff is friendly and kind, the hygienists are excellent, and I can't say enough good about Dr. Adams

About a year ago, I took my daughter here for a cleaning. What happened next still infuriates me to this day. I pass this office multiple times a day and hope that writing this review will give me some peace. On March 29, 2021, I took my daughter to get her teeth cleaned. We have been to this dentist previously and they have charged between $60-150 for this service. We had an appointment for 4:00. When we arrived, my daughter and I sat in an empty waiting room for 20-25 minutes, filling out medical update forms. They eventually called her back and I was not allowed to go back with her. She was 15 years old and I have always gone back with her for every doctor, dentist, whatever appointment. As my daughter left the waiting room, the admin assistant came over to me and presented a bill for almost $300. I told her that we didn't want any additional "add-on" services, that we were just here for a cleaning. She said, "You HAVE to get x-rays and bitewings, (and something else)," and I said, "We don't have $300 for a cleaning. My wife said it would be around $100." So I texted my wife about the situation and told the worker at DC Barrow Crossing that I just wanted a cleaning. She said, "You HAVE to do all this to be seen," so I said, "Well, we are going to have to come back, because I am not paying $300 today." She said, "Well she's already back there now, so you have to pay for the x-rays, at least!" I then said, "So, you are charging me for something that I didn't even ask for, just to leave? I don't think that is right. She said, "We've already started treating her, so you'll have to pay to leave." I said, "If you would have told me that it was $300 when we walked in, we wouldn't have sat here waiting. We would have left. All I want is a cleaning." The lady said, "you have to pay $77 before you leave." I said, "I'm going to need those x-rays if you are going to charge me $77 to get my daughter out of the back of the dentist's office and I can assure you we will never come back here." Once I paid, she called back to the back of the office and my daughter came out. I never thought I would experience a forced x-ray hostage situation at a dentist's office. My daughter did not get her teeth cleaned, they did not provide me with the "x-rays" that they took and I essentially paid $77 to leave with my daughter. It was a strange and unusual situation. I did not authorized x-rays, bitewings or anything, nor did my daughter get her teeth cleaned (the ONLY reason we came in there)!

Door was locked and a sign on the door stated the office was closed. No one contacted me to let me know the office was closed. I will find another dentist that cares!

I have been a patient here since 2019 and have had consistent and amazing service. The front office staff is always so polite and understanding. They are also very personable. Though they have changed dentists a few times since I started going here, they are always great and very accommodating to your needs. Anytime I'm having any issues or pain, they always make sure to get me on the schedule as soon as possible and make sure I'm taken care of. I have had a lot of work done here and always recommend them to anyone. 10/10
