One of my best dental care, all the staff was professional and polite. I was always timid about getting cleaning done by dentists. Undoubtedly the best dental care I have experienced with all the staff. This is my first visit and I felt right at home with the complete staff been courteous, friendly and gently especially with my cleaning, it was one of the best I had. I highly recommend Dental Care at Avamar Crossing to everyone.

As a new patient at Dental Avamar l was so satisfied with my appointment today!! Front office and all staff was so cordial , dental hygienist Nicole amazing and very meticulous which l loved, the Doctor so profesional, they make me feel so secure with the work done on me!! 100% recommended!!

Dr.V is a great dentist. I appreciate that he communicates in a relaxed, professional tone and is not condescending. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond in providing courteous service.

Outstanding communication and kind as a new patient with 3 children attending for dentist visit. The scheduling and paper work were quick and we were seen on time. The office manager and front desk attendant were super nice and the waiting area was very clean. They offer water from their mini fridge as you wait to be seen. Coming back for round two! My four year old was seen by Paola today. This was her very first time going to the dentist Paola was so kind! She took my daughter on a walk around the office and showed her all the cleaning tools, the x-ray machine, and treasure box. She showed her how each cleaning tool worked and let her push the buttons to try it out. Thank you Paola you definitely went above and beyond to make her first experience so wonderful. We are definitely patients for life! I was seen by Paola today as well and I've gotta say this is the best cleaning I've ever had in my life.

Office neat and clean. Desk staff polite and professional. Hygienist did a nice job. However in all the years I've been going to a cleaning the last person you see is the Dentist to check the work done. The Dentist never came in to introduce themselves and check the hygienist work or go over my chart. I found to be a little strange.

They're really nice and all but i had a terrible day and i dont see the logic. A temporary crown fell off which basically means i had a tooth merve exposed to the air (incredibly painful) and instead of seeing me right away and suffering a minor inconvenience they had me wait 5 hours that way for an appointment. Had one of my worst days ever at work and trying to study for my AI class was totally impossible. I couldnt even breathe the pain was so bad. Why not just glue it back on for me? Literally took the dentist less than 5 mintues.

Had emergency (broken tooth) I needed fixed pronto. My own (ex)dentist was "too busy" and others in area promising quick emergency care had only excuses. I walked into this office and was warmly greeted by the staff. They promised to "squeeze me in" the next day - which was fine with me. Showed up at the time and again was greeted like family! Immediately brought back To the treatment room where x-rays and photographs were taken. Waited only about 10 minutes and the dentist showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave a recommended treatment plan and solved my immediate issue on the spot. He then was able to set up an appointment with me quickly and I look forward to a new crown being placed. I found my new dentist. Dr. "V"

The staff is super friendly and courteous. Every time I visit I feel extremely welcomed to the facility. When I had questions about my invisiline or insurance, they were easily able to be reached and assisted me fully. I have interacted with many of the dental assistants and hygienist, they are all superb. You will not be disappointed visiting here, I know that I have not been!

Used to like this place, but I had two appointments scheduled and they called the day of/before to cancel/reschedule both appointments because "the dr was out." If I rescheduled my clients appointments like they did, I'd have no business. Which is exactly why I'm finding a new dentist and advise you to do the same.

So I have only been to this dental office a couple of times. The. first time, I was being upsold on $4000 worth of treatment including Invisalign. I did not. take too kindly to that. However, the dental hygienists are amazing and for that I give an extra star. I had an appointment this Monday at. 11:00 which I had been anticipating for quite some time. 10 minutes after my arrival, one of the front office staff members tells me "we are going through a transition and if you are seen today, you will have to use out-of-network benefits." She also said. "we will bill your insurance and hope it is the in-network rate." As if I would still be seen and choose to pay more? How does this happen? I am an RN at an outpatient clinic and we ensure all procedures or visits are pre-authorized and in-network. Why do I have to find out about this when I am already at your office? Now. because I am starting a new job, I have no idea when I will be able to get my teeth cleaned. I won't be returning.

This dental office is the worst. I have been with the practice for a a few years and they have consistently been on the decline. I work from 8-5 at a doctors office so when I make appointments it's not something I can easily change because I have to request time off in advance. At least every other appointment I have had has been canceled the day before or the week of. The office staff also calls and will ask you to come in earlier for your appointment but when I do so I still end up waiting past my original appointment time for someone to take me back. The front desk staff are incompetent and can't answer the simplest of questions. The office has gone through at least 3 dentists since I have been there. The only redeeming quality that they have is their hygienist Hildi. If I could give zero stars I would!
