Staff was nice it's dentist himself, I have root canal done right before Covid hit, during that time my tooth broke off. Once things started opening back up I called them because it was bothering me so bad. Dentist keep telling me I was fine, X-ray didn't show anything. He said it would be okay cap it right then. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that cause of pain I was having. He told me " if you don't trust me you need go someone else" I walked out!!!!!!!! Went somewhere else, thank god I did, it was full infection and this weirdo wanted Cap it. He was so rude/arrogant!! He doesn't care about his patience best interest.. wish I didn't have give star

I have been going there for years. The staff and providers are so friendly. Deanne does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend this place.

I always go to DCA...I LIKE getting my prophys here and Dr. Bozak uses nitrous oxide if you need it. I'm dental phobic and need nitrous . All of the staff are super pleasant, and very helpful with any questions you have, be it insurance approvals, product information, future procedures, helping change appointment schedules. I like this business.

Everyone is very welcoming and polite. I had a root canal and crown done. It was over and done before I even knew it started. I really thought they were still prepping me for the procedure when they said they were done with the root canal and going to start the building of the tooth and crown. The Dr. Bozek made sure I was numb before starting and ask me if I was okay along the way.

I got braces and had to have them on for roughly 2.5 years. The staff is extremely nice and skilled. They are very quick and do their job correctly.

I would give zero stars if I could at this point. TWICE they have rescheduled me after I drove an hour each way for my appointment. Once my procedure is complete, I would never go back or recommend this place. With gas at $5 a gallon, a 4 hour total wasted trip is what I have had from this place not to mention scheduling around and taking off work for absolutely nothing now. Save yourself the headache and go somehere else that is more competent in scheduling.

They got me in super fast for my tooth pain, were extremely friendly. Also without being asked for it, they printed out my insurance information for me because she noticed that I couldn't figure out how to get the information myself. So far they are absolutely amazing.

I've been to this Dentist office twice so far, and the staff is extremely nice. Nicole did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything she was doing. She is very friendly :)

The Dental Hygienist that I had at another dentist was not the most friendliest person to have cleaning your teeth. My Hygienist that I had is great!! She's friendly, kind, gentle which made my visit comfortable, they way we want our visits to be.

Dental Care Associates has friendly, outgoing staff members who always make you feel welcome. Satisfaction for you is their main priority. Dr Bozek takes the time to tell you what is going on with your teeth and whether or not they can be saved no matter your age, as well as the office staff explaining how your insurance works and what to expect. So glad I changed dentists when I did.
