They were excellent. Everybody thinks my teeth look great. They were very professional and cared about me and not how much money they were going to make. The staff was respectful and pleasant. The doctors were very knowledgeable. I'm going to give them six stars.****** Thank you everyone over there for not making every visit seem like pulling teeth.

The initial appointment was a bit disappointing as they have Dental Techs more interested in arguing with the patient about my co-pay (which, turns out that she was completely wrong because I had NO CO-PAY because my insurance covered EVERYTHING) But I found her to be argumentative & combative as well as insulting me, when I said I would just go somewhere else. Dr Blanchard is a fantastic dentist, but I was told that I would need adjustments in the next two weeks and that I could just "call and we will work you in". Cut to today and the receptionist is now saying "Oh, I can't get you in until July 23rd. ONE MONTH after receiving my new dentures. Needless to say; I can't even get the damned thing in due top the massive amount of ulcers that I have developed. But I guess Dental Care Associates DOESN'T CARE because they have already billed my insurance. Just beware; they will tell you ANYTHING while your in the chair... Just to get your money. After that, you are a distant memory. Severely disappointed because I actually liked Dr. Blanchard, but I will def seek a new dental care provider.

I would and have recommended this place! I have serious anxiety when it comes to dentist, have had a lot of issues over the years and rarely went to the dentist because of my fear. My teeth got so bad I had to do something. A friend recommended this place and I went. Since, I've had several visits, a beautiful denture and no more pain!!! Literally this is the first time in my adult life that I went back for more than 1 appointment. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr himself was very patient with me, helpful, professional and just awesome...thank you.

I wanted to say Thank you All Soooo Much today for Accommodating me today as a walk-in , It was a long wait , but I was seen and treated so well . And I was so happy with the results of everything. I wanted to cry so bad , I couldn't believe the Dentist and Dental assistant I think her name was Penelope , and the Dentist name was BB , they really touched my heart making it possible for me to have what I needed done as a walk-in all in the same day. This is why I continue to drive a from zachary, la to Hammond Dental Associates because they have the Best Dental Service and they really care about their Customers Here . I love Them !! I have never had a bad experience coming here ever . Thank you All so Much For Today . I definitely needed to make a review after today .

Worst dental office i have ever been to in my life! On today's date i set over 2 hours in their office with the attentions of going back sooner. I called on Thursday and was told to come at certain time & day but after a hour setting in pain, i explained the pain i was in. After watching all the seats refill 3 times & watched as the young lady that signed me in explaining to someone else that her wait will be over a hour for walk in but i have already when then for hours waiting. (She clearly told her cause she came in a a young child not knowing my even younger daughter was waiting in the car with family. Why wasn't i given the same information. They watched as i cried and set and didn't care at all. repeating watching and slamming the glass shut. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN OR TELL PLEOPLE THIS IS A PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE YOUNG LADY THAT SIGNED ME IN WAS THE WORST EVER ! & I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE.

Dr. Blanchard was a phenomenal Dentist that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction, and he made sure I understood the procedure, what I needed to do during recovery, and any alternate procedures I could take instead of having the tooth extracted. The procedure was painless and quick, and I was very happy with how Dr. Blanchard made sure my pain was managed during the procedure. I could not recommend Dr. Blanchard more enough, he was an exceptional dentist, in fact the best dentist I have ever been to, and I will definitely be visiting his practice again.

I had a great experience when I went dr Dai was so nice and professional he explained everything that he was gonna do .I will recommend if anyone is looking for a good dentist go see dr.dai

I love coming here, everytime I go in here i get a warm welcome from the receptionist name T. Every time I come in she is always the one at the window, she is very knowledgeable of the questions I asked her..

Amazing experience. Hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and had some anxiety about the whole thing -- the staff was very understanding and highly competent! Huge shoutout to Melanie, Kay, and Dr. Dai. Highly recommend.

I had three wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor were extremely kind and professional. Dr. Brailsford pulled my wisdom teeth and he explained what the process would be like and thoroughly explained the follow up care afterwards. He checked several times during the procedure asking if I was still doing alright. I was not sedated, only numbed, yet I experienced no pain during the procedure. Carly was so sweet and comforting during the process. I was pretty nervous and she made me feel much better. Her bedside manner was superb. I really appreciate being treated with such great care from the beginning to the end. Thanks

Staff here is down to earth honest and caring here and they will not take you for a ride with your insurance or your personal pocket. There great at what they do and honest also and that means alot. Thank yall so much for caring about what you do. The waiting time is awesome. And if there is a time you have to wait. Don't you know that things happen and sometimes you may have to wait. So think about the times that you were in and out. Because wait time is all over and every where.

Dr. Christopher Blanchard was very clear of the procedure and options I could possibly go with. Very professional and painless removal of a broken tooth that I had that. I went to another dentist previous to seeing dr Blanchard and i was told that they had to cut my gums to remove it but dr Blanchard removed it so easily without cutting my gums . I am very pleased and made a new appointment and made sure I requested him for it . I highly recommend him .
