I moved to the area about 6 years ago and found dental Associstes from my insurance but I must say I would stay with them even if I had no insurance ..from the receptionist and the hygienist to the dentists they all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they do an amazing job., of my 49 years I have never received a better cleaning and Dr Dane well he is just amazing and is outstanding with our nine year old .. I highly recommend Dental Associates!

First my real name ain't "Dave" as posted. It's Don. And Lloyd is my hygienist. He's always professional and personable. He began and ended my appointment right on time. His station and the entire office is always clean and well-kept. Great experience.

The office visit was great. The staff was awesome. My only disappointment was the time spent waiting. My appointment was at 2:00 and I got there a few minutes early; but I wasn't seen until about 2:45. They did apologize for the wait and yes I survived lol.

First time getting my teeth cleaned by a new hygienist. Lloyd did a great job and I had no pain. Bonus-toothpaste, toothbrush and dental floss like the good old days.

Where to start... this place use to be great. Wonderful atmosphere, caring staff, etc... when you can actually get in there. I've been rescheduled now 2 times. Care to take a guess how long until they could get me back in? Keep in mind I showed up to my appointment to check in and they said "ohh sorry we tried to reach you to reschedule your visit!" I checked my visual voicemail, deleted messages dating to way before when they claimed to call. You guessed it, nothing. So I figure ok I'll bite, when can you get me back in? 10 MONTHS 10 FREAKING MONTHS! Well then they do it to my daughters, who are 7 and 5. This was at least a phone call I actually received. They said they'd call back when they could figure out a day to schedule them back in. No call. Well fast forward to today and I just received a phone call for them to reschedule my appointment AGAIN which was suppose to be tomorrow afternoon. I am literally speechless.

I have used Dental Care for years, since they had an office at the Lycoming Mall, the transition of the practice has been seamless, even with the change in staff.

I have been going to Dental Associates 20+ years and didn't realize there was a change with a few things. Entering the office I was didn't realize I needed to check in, as I have said, in the past they knew me and I always felt welcome. After sitting down, the new receptionist asked who I was and seemed a bit unnerved because she couldn't find my file for the appointment. After finding it, she then said "I need your temperature", which hasn't been done the last (2) times I was there. I understand masks are still required, but they should also let you know temp will be taken and not be annoyed because a patient wasn't aware of this. My dental hygienist was fabulous as was the new dentist, who replaces Dr. Via, who was also fantastic! My overall experience was great, except for the new requirements when entering. I will be sure to check-in next time and have my temp taken if this is still being required.

I have had a couple of appointments for various services and have had a really good experience (as much as you can at a dentist lol). Staff and Dr. Denmon make sure you are as comfortable as they can and I would recommend this Dr. and his staff .

Had a toothache! Never had one before! And don't ever want another one! It started Friday evening of course after office closed,so I had to tuff it out ! Called Monday morning an they worked me in their schedule in the morning! Had to have it pulled! They took good care of me an explained every thing they were doing! Just wondering if my gum should still hurt so bad? Worst then before it was pulled! Thank you Stephanie Phillips

The dentist and his asst was no nice and giving me breaks when I needed it when he extracted my toothI wish I was under but it was an ordeal but they made it tolerable

Had multiple fillings from them break/fall out after 3-4 years. Then, the dentists did this weird thing where one person noticed the damage, but the dentist said everything was good. Borderline malpractice
