Dental Bright Advanced Family Dentistry was created out of the mission to provide the best dental care for all patients. Utilizing the Doctors who have dedicated their lives to the craft of dentistry, Dental Bright will educate patients on the benefits of oral care and aid in the overall health of the area's people.
Dr. Adela Agolli Tarshi is a graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine (BUSDM ) which she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree in 2008. She furthered her studies by enrolling in the BUSDM's prestigious advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) in 2009. She also received a Master's Degree (MSc) in Biomaterials by performing research at Boston Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Agolli completed her Specialty in Endodontics in 2012 from Boston University and is currently a Diplomate of American Board of Endododontics. During her specialty program she also trained in Surgical Endodontics giving her a broad clinical expertise including conventional root canal treatment, retreatment, and surgical endodontic care. In addition, she uses Ct scanning in complex cases by providing superior care to her patients. Her goal as an endodontist is to make the endodontic experience painless, comfortable and pleasant for the patient.
Dr. Agolli is a founding partner of the Dental Bright Group family of offices located in Burlington and Lawrence MA, and has joined and practices in the Greater Boston area including Dental Partners of Boston at Prudential and Charles River locations, Back Bay Dental Design and Paquette Dental. In the recent years, Dr. Agolli has been a clinical instructor in the Department of Endodontics at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine on both pre-doctoral and post-doctoral levels. Dr. Agolli is part of numerous professional organizations including American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontics, Academy of Facial Esthetics, Albanian American Medical Society where she stands as its Executive Director.
Fluent in English, Albanian, Spanish and Italian, Dr. Agolli has been a tremendous asset to the dental community for her ability to understand patient's needs and provide the best treatment possible. Dr. Agolli has strong roots in her community and has a following of patients that span throughout New England. When not in the office, Dr. Agolli keeps a busy lifestyle with her three kids and her husband Michael.
I am Dr. Ozair Banday (fondly known as Dr. Oz). I was born in Boston while my parents were studying here to become specialists in the dental field. I have since returned home after receiving my degree, a Bachelors in Dental Surgery (B.D.S) from Pakistan in 2006 at age 21. Soon after that I completed a three-year specialty program at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics in 2011. This training program is rigorous and truly hones in on a wide range of complex problems within the oral cavity and the skills needed to address issues ranging from complete oral rehabilitation to highly meticulous aesthetic work.
I then went on to complete a two-year advanced placement program also at Boston University to receive my Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) in 2013. During these two years I had the opportunity to teach at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in the winter of 2011 and practice as a full time prosthodontist in a hospital based practice at Dorchester House.

The place was clean and organized with friendly staff. I was referred here for a root canal and Dr. Agolli was very gentle with me through out the entire process and she explained everything she was doing through out. Being my first dental procedure ever, I was able to stay very calm and comfortable throughout. Thanks Dr. Agolli and your team.

My visit on October 27, 2022 with my dental hygienist Gianna was fantastic. I am very sensitive when my teeth are being cleaned and for the first time I felt no discomfort because Gianna took the time to listen to my concerns and address my pain/sensitivity issue. Dental Bright is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. I also enjoy that it's a one stop shop where my kids can get their dental and orthodontic needs all in once. I gave 4 star because the hours can be limited for those that work day shift.

I couldn't sleep, eat, or work. I was in agony and I clearly waited too long to call the dentist. It was a holiday weekend which made matters worse. I called Dental Bright in Burlington and they made time for me the same day. I went in and they did a root canal immediately. They were so professional and so nice. It was obvious to me how much they cared. I would recommend Dr Agolli to anyone.

I had a deep cleaning done at this Office with Thalia. She is amazing hygienist, she did an amazing job. She knows what she is doing and i wasnt in pain at all like other places. She explained everything to me step by step. I recomended Thalia to everyone and I recomend the place. Everyone is so nice and they are also Bilingual i was amazed . I dont like to go to the dentist but this is the best experience ever. Thalia makes you feel comfortable, she has a lot of patience and it seems like she loves her job and she shows that to patients. The connection that she has with patients is incredible.. I recomended Thalia to everyone and I recomend the place. Everyone is so nice and they are also Bilingual i was amazed . They never told me anything about it until few hours before my appointment when I was at work and of course I was unable to call my doctor or my cardiologist to solve this problem. Incidentally, two weeks before I had the root canal and I don't recall them ever asking anything about a doctors clearance. Just shows me how unprofessional they were.

She used a microscope and the procedure was very comfortable. The doctor gave me her phone number which I thought it was very courteous and accommodating. The hygienist, Gina was superb and Dr. Koleni who saw me for the rest of my treatments was excellent. So happy with this practice. I give them a 5 star!
