Dr. Arlinghaus was born in Indianapolis, IN but shortly moved with her family to Ft. Mitchell, KY. She attended BeechwoodIndependent Schools whereshe met her future husband, Ryan. She receivedher undergraduateeducation at The University of Kentucky and received her Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry.
During her undergraduate studies, she decided to pursue her career in dentistry. Hermom being a certified dental assistant most of her life and her sister being adental hygienist, Dr. Arlinghauswas always surrounded by dentistry and realized her own interest in dentistry as a career. She attended TheUniversity of Louisville School of Dentistry . While in school, Dr. Arlinghauswas awarded the Quintessence Book Award for Excellence in periodontics and hygiene. Two months prior to graduation, Dr. Arlinghaus had the proudest moment of her four yearsin dentalschool-she and Ryan welcomed their son, Wyatt, into the world.
Following graduation, Dr. Arlinghaus moved back to Northern Kentucky in 2012 to practice as an associate dentist with Dr.Depp. She is very excitedfor the opportunity to provide premier dental care to the community and region in whichshe was raised. Dr. Arlinghaus lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband, Ryan, and twosons Wyatt and Roman, and daughter Adeline.
Dr. Meisteris the daughter of Dr. Tom Goeke, a local dentist who practiced in Newport for 30 years. Shegraduated from Notre Dame Academy in 2002. Dr. Meister then graduated from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2010 and went on to do a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Pacific Bay in the Bay Area. She has been in private practice for 10 years. When she completed her residency at the University of the Pacific, she joined a practice in San Francisco, CA. She practiced there from 2011-2014. In 2014, she and her husband moved to St. Louis and has practiced at the same location from 2014 to present.
She has been part of Spear Study Clubs for almost 2 years. She really enjoys going to the Spear campus in Scottsdale, AZ 1-2 times a year for lecture or hands on dental workshops. She is also in a study club through the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA) where she learns the latest and greatest techniques with clear aligners (Invisalign).
Since 2016, she has spent the most time and energy on becoming more efficient at Invisalign. She also became a Healthy Start Provider in 2020. Healthy Start is a series of appliances for children to correct sleep disordered breathing and help with malocclusion (imperfect positioning of the teeth) at an early age.
Dr. Meister loves the opportunity to be a part of the patients journey to health and confidence. Her dental mission is to make people feel at ease, help patients understand their options, and provide the highest quality of care. She considers it a privilege to provide care for her patients and humbling to see how patients learn to trust. She enjoys the personal growth that comes along with clinical experience and continuing her dental education. Her best days at the office are when she gets to laugh with the patients and staff.
Dr. Meister and her husband Toby have 3 children. Henry who is 7, Genevieve who is 5 and Sam who is 3. She loves to travel with her family, exercise and now that they are moving back to Northern Kentucky where she grew up, she is excited to be close to her parents, siblings, nieces and nephews.
She wants everyone to know that she is trilled to be joining the Dental BLU team. She is an easy-going person, compassionate, and is ready to work hard. She loves that she is joining a team that shares her positivity and love for dentistry.
Betty joined our team in 2004 after having worked at a busy pediatric dental office for 27 years. She loves getting to know our patients and enjoys making their visit as comfortable as possible. In her spare time, Betty volunteersand organizes care packages for troops.
Jenny brings years of experience and a lifelong commitment oflearning to our team. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration, as well as Associate's Degrees in Radiologic Technology and Radiation Therapy from Northern Kentucky University and The University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining our team, Jenny managed a periodontal practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also a supervisor for a busy, orthopedic group while working her way through college. She hasfound cosmetic dentistry rewarding, as she loves to see the transitions with our patient's smiles.
Megan is a clinical dental assistant and has been in dentistry since 2003. She graduated from The Institute of Dental and Medical Technology and has obtained her Coronal Polishing certification from The University of Louisville. Meganloves to get to know her patients so they are comfortable and relaxed during procedures and loves to give advice to maintain good oral health. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, listening to music, crafting and camping.
Megan is a 2013 graduate of The Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington. She is licensed in hygiene and is also certified to administer local anesthesia and perform laser debridement. Megan enjoys teaching her patients how to achieve optimum oral health and giving them a pleasant dental experience. Megan enjoys anything that involvesfamily, friends, or UK basketball and loves spending time with her son Noah.
Mary Kate is a 2010 graduate of The University of Louisville. She is licensed in hygiene and is also certified to administer local anesthesia and perform laser debridement.Mary Kate enjoys educating patients on proper oral hygiene and making them feel comfortable. She has a knack for getting children excited about getting their teeth cleaned and making the experience fun. In her spare time, Mary Kate loves acting in local plays and spending time with her family.
Peggy is a dental assistant that has been in dentistry for over 25 years. She graduated from Northern Kentucky Health Occupations and is certified in Radiology, CPR and Coronal Polishing. Peggy loves to help patients enjoy coming to the dentist and making their smile reflect how they feel. She enjoys being involved in her church, seeing movies with her friends, crafting, and jigsaw puzzles.
Taylor graduated from the University of Louisville Dental Assisting Program in 2017. She has been certified in Radiologyand CPR and is trained to assist in IV sedation. She has always felt that dentistry is a very fulfilling career and lovesthe rewarding aspectof transforming people's smiles. Tayloris originally from Hawaii and has lived in over 5states. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, snuggling with her catsand traveling.
Courtney is currently in the Hygiene Program at the University of Cincinnati. She looks forward to one day being able to provide healthy and bright smiles to future patients. She currently helps our office setting up & sterilizing treatment rooms, sterilizing dental instruments and equipment as well as seating and dismissing patients from the treatment rooms. She loves being active, having fun, and being with her family.
