So I had to get a root canal today and even though I was slightly terrified Dr. Ben was great. He was very reassuring and did an amazing job because I didn't have any pain throughout. My numbing has worn off and I'm still feeling good. I'm pretty sure his assistant was Justin and he was super nice and knowledgeable too! Thank you guys for making the best out of a not so great thing.

Just relocated here after 35 years of one DDS. Any concerns were alleviated 10 minutes into the first visit. Very professional staff providing excellent care. 5 stars plus.

Honestly, how often can you say you enjoyed going to the dentist? I had an emergency situation as a new patient. Everyone from Paula at check in to Joana (sp) dental assistant and of course incredible Dr Ben, made my miserable situation very good! Dr. Ben took time to explain all options with me and didn't try to "sell" me on any procedure I wasn't comfortable with. I was in the chair for over 2 hours and Dr. Ben was very patient and kind. I am very grateful to find a dental office that truly cares about the patients. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend them for all your dental care.

At first, our children (1yo, 4yo, 5yo) were scared because of all the silly children videos that make the dentists look scary, but they did an excellent job showing them that it's not a scary event. I went for my first visit to Dental Ben's and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Cooper is super easy going, compassionate and makes you feel very comfortable, and the ladies at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I think this will be a good fit! :)

Even though getting a molar extracted is not a pleasant thing to do, at Dental Ben's it was pretty easy! First, the staff is friendly, and makes you feel very welcome. The office is very clean and inviting. Dr.Ben is both an exceptional dentist and an exceptional person. He tells you exactly what is going on with your tooth, why an extraction is needed, and makes you feel that he really cares about you, and your teeth! Did I mention, I never felt ...even a pinch with the entire procedure? Of course, I was still glad when it was over! I highly recommend Dental Ben's as a place to have all your dental needs met. And Dr. Ben is definitely a 5***** dentist!

Just had my first visit to this office, everyone was friendly and helpful and made me happy I chose to stop in. Dr. Ben was straightforward, gave me some treatment options, and was willing to spend a few minutes making sure I understood. I went there because of the great onlune reviews, I'm glad to be able to add my own to the list!

I needed an emergency root canal (and crown), and my regular dentist doesn't do them. Dental Bens got me in FAST, and did a great job taking care of me. Both my temp and permanent crowns fit great! Staff: ***** Dental Assistant Chester: ***** Dr. Ben: ***** Office: ***** Ben in particular is a great guy. He explains what he was going to do, and had a very gentle approach to not causing any pain. His "chair side manor" is superb too; he joked with me, and helped me feel more relaxed going to a dentist that I didn't know. Great job, Dental Bens! Thank you for your excellent help.

I am new to the Phoenix area and needed a dentist because of a very bad toothache. The Dental Ben office was recommended to me and when i called to explain my issue, the staff scheduled me the same day and found my medical issue. While I waited on my scheduled procedure date within the same week and not months out, they help keep my pain under control. After my procedure was completed, Dental Ben's staff went the extra mile to make sure any pain was address and my dentist called me to check on me and make sure I was doing well. Considering I do not post reviews, I would recommend this dentist as the staff provides a comforting environment with explanation of your issue with options. In addition to providing as pain free of a process and visit as humanly possible.

My teen son and I love this dental office! Our previous dentist was always trying to "upsell" us even though we take care of our teeth and neither of us has ever had a cavity. At Dental Ben's, they provide the service and then if we actually NEED something else, they let us know what and why. I wish we'd found them sooner!
