I moved to Alabama 1 year and 8 months ago. I am thrilled to find a Dentist and staff that I really like and feel so very comfortable with. They are all so nice and friendly. I am very thankful. April Miller

First time going to this location and the staff were SO sweet. The assistant/hygienist that cleaned my teeth made me feel very comfortable. It was very fast and super efficient! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for Monday May 16th, drove an hour in excruciating pain only to see a note on the door explaining how they would be closed for unforeseen circumstances. I will make sure to smear their name far and wide on social media.

1/25/22; went for general cleaning, had no X-rays. After hygienist finished, I was asked to wait a few minutes for dentist, usual routine. He glanced into my mouth for 3 seconds, left. When I checked out, my bill was $157, didn't understand amt. Next day my husband went for same cleaning-- he asked why my bill was so high. The answer was "she got an evaluation which costs $75" in addition to the reg $82. My husband stated he did Not want eval, therefore charged him $82! I never asked for evaluation! Subsequently I called office, asked for a $75 adjustment; after a long hold, I was refused! Hopefully, my experience helps someone else--we both have been reg customers for some time---NO MORE! Shame on you for misleading & overcharging a 75 year old customer! My Star rating is zero/unfair treatment! Dr Henry was very good but no longer there---never knew this dentist namemaybe Herzog?

Staff was nice but this is one of those dentist that is greedy. Needed extensive dental work, had insurance, discount card, and close to 6k to spend on dental work. They wanted to max out insurance(1 set of x rays and 1 deep cleaning maxed out insurance $1500), said they couldn't use dental discount even after insurance was maxed out even though they were in the network, and couldn't get anything done after maxing out insurance even though I had cash money to pay to get teeth issues fixed! They did x rays and deep cleaning, which destroyed my enamel and made teeth even worse (pain and sensitivity). Luckily I was able to find another dentist that is helping to get my teeth fixed without charging 5k for 6 crowns!

Dr. Henry and his awesome staff are extremely friendly and caring. If you are looking for a dentist and wonderful staff, I highly recommend them!!!!

My first visit here and everyone was so nice and friendly. I just had a teeth cleaning but the hygienist was very thorough with me and the dentist seemed eager to help make my smile perfect! I've already scheduled my first appointment!
