If I could 0 stars I would. Scheduled my appointment months ahead of time, got a call in September to change my appt from 11AM to 8AM. They send me a text mid October changing it to 8:30AM without calling me to approve. I got a text to confirm my appointment on Sunday before my appointment the next 2 days on Tuesday and confirmed for it. I don't check my phone Tuesday morning and get a message not even an hours notice saying my provider isn't in.. and that they called me in September to change it which I already did. I get there and they tell me they can't guarantee I can be seen because they scheduled me on a date that wasn't available. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Came 10 minutes early to my appointment as instructed to finish paperwork yet still ended up waiting a whole HOUR after my appointment time to be seen. When they finally did take me back, the doctor basically popped in and said they couldn't do my wisdom teeth extractions because they needed to take X-rays for it to be covered by insurance, but since I'm pregnant I can't do X-rays and would have to wait until after I give birth. They didn't even try setting up an appointment to get me seen after I'm due to give birth but just walked me out of the room and that was the end of that. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes when again, I had waited an hour to be seen. I mean If they would've just stated this when I was scheduling the appointment nobody's time would've been wasted & now I'll never come back to be seen here again & will definitely be sure to warn other people to be wary of this place.

I absolutely despise this place. 2x in one week they had me waiting 45+ minutes past my appointment time. The receptionists never have any idea what's going on. The dentist's don't seem to care. Just want to hurry up and get done.

Because I've missed appointments due to illnesses, when I came they made me sit and wait until all the people in the waiting room was seen before me!! I wouldn't refer ANYONE to this place!!!!!!! I came today for a filling and didn't even get treated!!

Not friendly staff for kids , spent over a month trying to get the correct referral from them while my daughter was in pain. If you can go anywhere else , please do.

I recently moved to St Paul from Iowa & I have never had a better dental experience than the ones I've had here at Dental Associates. I've had teeth pulled & filled & gave them 5 overall for the quality of their work & excellent friendly service. Thank u!

I've been coming since the beginning of last year for cleanings and fillings and a root canal. Recently since I was unable to afford the crown, it fractured and I had to get the tooth removed. It was very difficult for me given my anxiety. The assistant Linda was so sweet, kind, and caring with me. She seriously made me feel much more comfortable in the uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately during the tooth extraction the Dr. accidentally drilled a bit too far and exposed my sinus causing a lot of issues and pain the last couple days. I have to go in yet again to get my dry socket fixed(this isn't their fault it's most likely mine) I probably sneezed too hard or the noodles I ate dislodged it and I was drinking soda. I was not told that soda could dissolve the blood clot but apparently it does! So beware! But overall the staff in here are usually pretty awesome.

First red flag was walking into a dental clinic with no accessible doors! I took my grandpa who is blind and doesn't speak English to get his teeth clean and two tooth extracted. He had a horrible experience with Dr. Ryan Pfundheller! We heard him in the next room with another patient and had a feeling that he would not be a good dentist based off of the conversation he was having with an assistant. When Dr. Ryan entered the room he did not introduce himself and did not explain the process except that eh was taking out two teeth. During the extraction, Dr. Ryan was overly aggressive and short tempered. My grandpa expressed pain and Dr. Ryan ignored his request and told him to stop moving as he proceeded to wedge a block into my grandpa's mouth aggressively and continued on despite my grandpa's plea. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC OR DOCTOR! However if you must go here, request a different doctor or you'll end up feeling unheard and leaving in more pain than you came in with. I'm only giving one star because the front staff was friendly.

Receive my routine cleanings and recently got a crown there. The team? Dr. Heller, Hannah, and Haley. Triple "H"! Superstars! Always great staff and the reason that I've been coming to Associated for 30 years!

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SEEK FOR EMPLOYMENT!! Recently there was a job opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator role found in Indeed. Applied for the position and got the honor with an interview with an Operations manager name Melissa who is also known as Missy which I wasn't aware from the beginning. The interview process was fairly fast and easy. The next day after my interview, I had a few discussion back and forth through via email with Melissa, everything was very confusing because we held a lot conversations about a start date and dress code requirements for the job. I even asked if I got offer the position, I was confirmed from Melissa that I did "have" the position. I was shocked, happy and overjoyed to be starting my new role but yet I still had second thoughts. The next few days without a proper phone call to welcome me on the new position, still our conservation continues by via email. Onboarding was the next step, I did not receive anything about my onboarding. Made the call to speak with Melissa and no response again. Quickly I made the email concerning about the onboarding then that's when I received a forward message sent from Melissa to welcome and complete the onboarding that WAS NOT REFERRING TO ME!! IT WAS TO A DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL. I immediately reply back stating I am NOT THAT PERSON, I then urge Melissa to contact me and clarify everything. It took a moment to get a call to clarify the miscommunication and this time Missy calls, I tried to briefly explain the situation. Missy DID not even mention to me that she was Melissa. She acted as if she was a whole different person, long story short! Everything was a whole unprofessional miscommunication and I DID NOT GET THE OFFER OF THE OPPORTUNITY! As in Missy stated they are still interviewing other candidates and does not have a conclusion on who they are choosing for the PCC role even though they screwed up by two different people and two different job opportunities. I was not happy overall in this whole situation, I contacted Molly the office manager the next day and explained the incident and would like to follow up. I was told from Molly, the office manager that she would have to contact HR and sought to resolve the issue and would contact me back in the later afternoon or the next day the latest. Awaiting for two days later, I received a email stating the position was selected for another candidate. More upsetting as ever and prior to the email I contacted Molly the office manager and asked what was the outcome of this whole situation, Molly states interviews with other candidates are still in process and decision were not made which I didn't care BESIDES the whole situation that occur between Melissa and I. Moments later I received an email for thanking me for the interest but the opportunity was offer to another candidate. Overall this whole experience was unprofessional and horrendous. Never will I seek for EMPLOYMENT for this facility nor even seek for my care at this DENTAL clinic ever again!!

The place is dirty , they are racist. Especially with the immigrants. Never bring your children here ever again. Their service is poor as well. The ladies at the receptionist are the worst of the worst and the mangers as well. Just for future reference don't bring your kids at all.
