location 98 elm st west haven ct.......Call for make an appointment as a new patient but I spoke with customers services I didn't appreciated way she was answering all & trying very quick & didn't even listen all my questions or concerns.... This is not a my first time it's happened to me last several months ago ....I think your customer services workers need training.... I comply to write .....

What other dentist office offers you big over the ear headphones to listen to your favorite radio station for music or sports and then also offers to throw TV on for you while they turn your teeth from an off yellow tic tac to a pearly white chicklet? None. 5

Literally just hung up attempting to schedule an appointment and the receptionist Laurie, continuously cut me off in the middle of me responding to the questions she asked regarding my previous dental history. Because of Laurie I decided to end the call and look for another dental office in the west haven area that will appreciate my business and actually treat a new patient with respect.

Dental Associates of SNE's appointments are always on time, they do a thorough job with cleanings/exams- it's the best dentist office I've ever been to. Clean, professional and friendly staff. Must go!
