They are so amazing here Albert at the front desk is super friendly and so helpful making sure he gives you all the information you need and answers any questions or concerns you have... Then there is Ms. Melissa who is such a happy cheerful soul, she took the time to show my daughter around the office and make her feel comfortable in the office. Dr Harris was amazing she explained everything to me and took care of my daughter's pain that day to make sure she left there feeling better. Please Gives this place a chance you will be so so happy that you did.

Advised the doctor of my medical condition, and that the medication I was on needed to be discintinued before the extraction. He stated no it was not a factor. They don't listen informed the doctor that I couldn't take certain medications. After procedure was done, I'm getting my scripts and he prescribed the exact thing I couldn't take. . Started having complications 2 days later. Again same issue. The on call nurse, Didn't listen just started talking over me, and giving me instructions not relevant to what was actually happening. Told me I needed to call the doctor as he could not reach him. I'm like WOW. I really don't feel like the patients care and we'll being matter. Can not recommend this facility.

My wife, Helen has been going here for over 25 years. Great service, until she needed emergency service, and discovered they don't have an emergency service in place. She needs a wisdom tooth pulled, and has to wait 3 weeks for the oral surgeon. In the meanwhile, she takes Motrin and Oragel. Never ever had a toothache type of issue in her life. Also, in the meanwhile, she lost weight because she can't eat properly. Oh well

This team is very comforting and very loving. We came in in a situation that was an emergency for our 10-month-old baby. They acted in complete confidence and made us feel at ease as much as possible. They acted very professionally and treated our baby with love. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of our sweet little baby in such a desperate time. May God bless them for their kindness and love. Thank you Dr. Harris, Melissa, and Albert and all the other wonderful helpers

Over the years, it can be easy to become accustomed to the good service a business offers and almost take them for granted. After all, we choose businesses based on the quality of service and return when they meet or exceed our expectations, right? Well.... I can never take Dr. Sheila Muller for granted and I am overdue in posting a public acknowledgement of just how great she is and how Riverside Dental Group has served my children so well. It seems like things just continue to improve upon service I could not have noticed any room for improvement in the first place. The staff are ALWAYS professional and kind. The service is ALWAYS as scheduled and never overbooked. Dr. Muller ALWAYS remembers, reviews, and reminds us of pertinent and personal things related to my children's individual care. And I always see children who are relaxed, happy, and willing participants in their experiences at the two offices we've had appointments. The one time I saw a nervous child, he was handled with an abundance of caution and care and quickly overcame his nerves. I have never heard of a better place to in which I would entrust my children's dental health, and I have no reason to go anywhere else even if I do. The Magnolia and Central offices are top notch, pedodontics and orthodontics.

Great staff members overall except for one. If you're looking for general treatment, the forefront staff is nice. If you have a lot of work to be done, and in the process need attention immediately for emergencies on a weekend or holiday ? lol good luck. Financing is not the best.

I have been searching for a forever home for a great dentist for some time now. I went to my friends on Facebook to ask for who they use and I was assured this place was the best in town. I have had such a bad experience in the past with dentists, I was skeptical, however I trusted this friend so.....Today I went in to get a crown and I was nervous. I was greeted kindly and assured this would be a quick and easy procedure. NEVER in all my 40+ years of being alive and going to the dentist have I ever had such an EASY time with this type of procedure!! I barely felt the shot to numb me and now 3 hours after the procedure and numbness worn off I have ZERO pain and the temporary crown fits PERFECT! VERY HAPPY AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND this Dentist Office.

Dr.Mueller is the Best Peds Dentist in Riverside! My daughter has seen Dr.Lee(Inside this Dental Associated of Riverside Building) since she was 2 years old (and now she's 16!)...she was referred to Dr.Stockdale for braces 6 years ago and the experience has been wonderful! *It is true that parents are advised to sit outside and wait for tooth extractions and other procedures but that is mostly to not scare the parents when your child is strapped (if they are little ones) into the dentist chair...my daughter has never been mistreated and neither have I. Wonderful customer service and very flexible with getting you in to see the dentist when needed.

I have been going to this place for years and it seems like lately their customer service has dropped. They need maybe a retraining on their front office staff for professionalism. Attitudes shouldnt be representing the company.

More lies from the billing staff. Unfortunately our list of insurance covered dentists in Riverside is extremely short. Dentists and hygienists seem fine but their billing staff are flat out liars and crooks. When Albert worked with us he charged our insurance incorrectly and then did his mistake was due to how "complicated" Delta insurance was. Then the office refused to give us back our money. Imagine a retailer doing that! Nope we will keep your money. Delta had to step in and ended up refunding us. Again different billing lady, she lied and said their office doesn't do pre authorizations (lie), and they only offered the most expensive porcelain on porcelain crown option. I think my next step is filing complaints with insurance company and possibly the state board if dentistry.
