Decided to switch to a new clinic and tried Dental Associates and made the right decision. Dr. Perkins and staff did an amazing job and will recommend everyone to go here.

Terrible experience with my 6 year old and Dentist Fohley. He was very mean to her and told her to stop being a baby. She was scarwd tp get the numbing shot after numbing gel. Have switched to PDC dentistry and afyer some convincing wirh my daughter shes finally agreed to go. When i first explained she had to go in for her yearlycheck up she started bawling and was so scared that we were bringing her back to this guy. Also his work isn't very good. Filling a cavity that later became impacted due to not getting the cavity fully out and putting a filling over top. Never again.

We drove 2 hours to see Dr.Perkins. She performed a lip tie procedure on our 1.5 year old. It went well. She was so patient with our daughter and took her time. Dr.Perkins is professional and her integrity does not go unnoticed. Her caring attitude makes the dentist visit so much more enjoyable! I see our family taking the extra drive to see Dr. Perkins for our dental needs. Thank you so much!

Thank you to Dr. Shelby, Jordan, Janelle, and Rachel. Very thorough, professional, caring team. We have found our new dentist in our hometown area!

I had such an awful experience I have to share. The dental hygienist ladies are lovely. It's the actual dentist. I took off work early to have my teeth cleaned/check up. After having my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, I sat in the room alone and waited for the dentist to come give a quick look over of my teeth. I sat in the chair waiting for him to come look for over a half hour.. After waiting for 35 minutes, I overhear the hygienist speaking with dentist In the hallway telling him I had been waiting in the room and that I had recently had a procedure done on a tooth at a different dentist office that accepted supplemental insurance. (This procedure cost a grand total of $3,300). I then hear the dentist reply by basically scoffing me off and saying he was going to go see another patient instead then first. This was so disrespectful and greedy to me. I waited another 10 minutes before I had enough and realized this dental office does not deserve me or my families business. I'm not the type of person to get upset, but the way the dentist treats patients drove me to get up and leave without ever being evaluated. My family and I will never be returning and will find a dentist office elsewhere.

The best dentist and dental clinic I have ever been to! Dr. Kurth and his team are friendly, efficient and above all, highly skilled. As a patient for over 6 years now, I always feel that my comfort and well-being is top priority, and the level of care and professionalism is excellent. The state of the art equipment and use of the most up-to-date procedures in dentistry (like laser treatment for fillings) means that pain is minimal, and you know you are getting the best care.

A company that really knows how to practice greed. Try another place that has some humanity to it.

Over book. Decided to try a new place since my old dentist retired. When I arrived I was very rushed right from the beginning (I was 10 minutes early to do paper work) Rushed me through paperwork. Once I was back there, I started asking questions about different things since it was my first time. The hygienist clearly did not have enough time....After a short time she very forcefully mentioned that if I don't mind, we were 15 min behind from my questions and we needed to start, NOW! (Well, I DO mind) Cleaning was not very good either. Not enough time probably (or I'm just used to the meticulous cleaning from my past hygienists). Obviously not all the hygienists fault, they are just too busy to spend time answering questions and doing a thorough job cleaning. Definitely not the place for you if you have a questions or are anxious. The forceful talk from the hygienist was very stressful.

Just had my cleaning done here and it was a blissful experience. The water cleaning they use is incredibly calming and relaxing. We found one cavity and they took care of it on 8/7/2018. Used the laser equipment they have it felt weird. No real noise, just light, cold air and well if they pause you can smell your tooth burning. That is what the laser is doing, burning your tooth away. Only had to numb me up halfway, I dislike pain.
