The best in North Texas. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dickson and his amazing team, including Deanna, for close to 30 years. We still come regularly even having moved to Dallas.

Dr. Milton and his staff are extremely professional and accommodating. I'm terrified of dental work, but it was quick, easy, and most of all painless. I will definitely go back.

Milton Dickson DDS, Is one of the finest dentists in North Texas. I have never had a bad experience there and and have received the utmost in care. He will not sell unnecessary work. I find the woman who gave a one star review unbelievable, the staff would never do that to a patient. He also uses the best dental laboratories in the area, I know this for a fact.
