The Financier, SUMMER LEE, is a liar and aggressive talker. She will rush you out of the office and treat you like a poor person. She speaks very fast in an attempt to spin stories and lie. Be sure to only speak to a manager or a Doctor. This place cares only about money. The Hippocratic oath means nothing here.

More than once now my childrens appointments have been bumped only to be rescheduled MONTHS later.

Went it to get crown re glued. Talked.meminto deep cleaning at 160$ in 2 sesions. Second session lady doing cleaning pulled out a northern crown I had, then they try to charge me 10$ to re glue that one. On second visit I was.told.i would be paying tje remaining 80 of the 160. After second cleaning I had 4 fillings done. That I was not told I would need to pay anything for. I figured insurance covered everything accept the 160 that they told me I qould be paying. Anyways a few weeks later I get bill in the mail for another 300 something dollars. It makes.me mad because they never brought this up to me. I would have gotten a second opinion on the fillings if this was the case.

Called to confirm procedure and pricing before coming in. After coming in, confirmed information again at front desk. After procedure, different price given. Added $120. Got upset and lady named linh came out and said pricing was only for 1 side, but doctor did both sides.. no apology, said either I pay in full or make payments. Changed my dentist when I got to my car.

If you have Dentical state benefits. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME......I never had a dentist ask me,how can i help you,while looking at my many teeth problems,,,the dentist will tell you, nothing's is covered, before the financial person ..HAHAHAHA Go to Western Dental.

Terrible with accounting and billing. Don't go there as they tend to add charges after paid in full. If I could give it no stars I would. Dentist do terrible work also, had to do my root canal over with another dentist.

Dr. Lampasi and his team are absolutely amazing! We started coming here 7 years ago when my oldest daughter was referred to the pediatric dentist, Dr. Cantrell. She made me and my daughter feel so welcome and comfortable that soon after my entire family stated coming here. Tina the dental hygienist is such a sweet and caring lady, she actually takes time to get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable! My Daughter has also seen Dr. Moretz, for her braces and wow, she made sure my daughter understood the process of what she was doing as well as the care she needed to do at home! The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and warm! This whole office from the front to the back, hands down, is the best I have ever experienced!

I have no issues with pricing and care here. My children absolutely love Dr. Cantrell and I have no concerns with Dr. Lampasi. I will not go anywhere else!

I've been going here for 2.5 for my braces and everyone there is so kind and I've never had problems here. Dr. Moretz is the best ortho and I have always looked forward to my appointments! Great place, I really recommend It!

First off the staff here is amazing and so sweet as well as accommodating, my daughter is severely Autistic and the staff put a movie on for her as well as gave her pictures to color. Their kids area is also good to keep the children relaxed and calm.. the sweetest staff member was I believe caralyne she is literally amazing.. Dr Catrell is beyond amazing even though it was a fight to get my daughter to open her mouth and check her teeth she still got it done and explained the procedure she needed done as well as tips and things to look out for. Like I stated previously overall amazing place for special needs kiddos and children overall..Great place
