Dr. Nehra received his Undergraduate degree from Boston College and attended Tufts School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. Having completed a rigorous residency in Washington DC at the VA hospital, Dr. Nehra moved back to Massachusetts where he has been practicing for the past ten years.

Barbara graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She began her career in Vermont working in a periodontal office. She was fortunate to combine her desire for travel and her career with an opportunity to move to Switzerland where she worked in a dental office for three years. There she really honed her skills and developed a passion for sharing successful strategies with patients.

Missing her friends and family, she returned stateside to work. Upon her return, she was given the opportunity to work in dental management of a team. The transition from clinical to management was not planned, but she found it to be a welcome change.

She still maintains her Dental Hygiene license, so you may still see her on the clinical side! In her free time, she enjoys her large family of many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She loves, cooking (and eating!) biking, and gardening. She lives in Framingham, where she is originally from, and loves to travel whenever she can.

Dentistry is in Kristens genes. Her two brothers are dentists and her son, Joe, followed in the family footsteps and is a dentist in the South Shore. She enjoys being a part of the dental team and appreciates the attentive care our doctor and team strive to provide, as individuals and collectively, to each patient.

In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, yoga, reading, and spending time with her family. She lives in Northboro with her husband Bob, and has three children, Sarah, Blair, and Joe. She is now mom also to Joes wife, Brittney.

Meet Kelly, our wonderful Front Desk Coordinator! Her warm smile and friendly demeanor will be there to greet you when you come in the door at our office. Kellys lively personality, competence and ability to connect well with patients has been a huge asset to our dental practice. Her passion to help people in the most kind and friendly way has found a home at our office. She aspires to make patients feel welcome and comfortable at the office and helping them with any questions they may have.

She is a graduate of Palm Beach State College and a veteran in the dental field with over 20 years of experience and can help you with all of your scheduling, insurance, and financial arrangements. We are delighted to have her as an integral part of our team, keeping us organized with high morale at all times.

Danielle is one of our skilled and knowledgeable dental hygienists. She originally started out as a Dental Assistant, but wanting to do more for the dental health and overall well-being of her patients, she decided to further her education with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College in 2016.

Lily is one of the dental hygienists at Dental Associates of Marlborough, having joined our team in October of 2019. She is a graduate of the Quinsigamond Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.

She is very passionate about the dental field and always takes the time to explain each procedure that she provides so that patients have a full understanding of their preventative care and why its so important. Lily especially loves working with children and explaining to them the importance of good dental hygiene.

Ana Paula was born in Brazil and came to the United States in 2001. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Portuguese very fluently. She loves her job and takes pride in providing her patients with a relaxed, comfortable environment so that they have a positive dental experience. Her favorite part of her job is helping people and making sure they are comfortable and happy.

Outside of work, Ana Paula loves spending time with her husband, her two amazing children, Ashley and Matthew Jr, and her cute little pug, Tuca. She also enjoys long walks, a good book, and traveling.

A native of Guanhaes, Brazil, Izabella graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2006 with a degree in Dental Assisting and has been working as a dental assistant since then. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing the positive, life changing results that cosmetic dentistry can provide for patients. Her gentle touch and friendly chair side manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.

He holds memberships in several accredited institutions that value the importance and role of dentistry in overall health.These include The American Dental Association(ADA), theMassachusetts Dental Society(MDS), Worcester District Dental Society (WDDS),The International Team for Implantology(ITI), The MetroWest Study Club, Faculty Member of the Spear Education Institute, and he is a member of the School Wellness Advisory Council (SWAC) team for promoting dental health education awareness in the public school system in Marlborough.

Dr. Nehra loves technology and the advancements it has made in the dental field, making it easier for him to work with patients on a minimally invasive level, while delivering the best possible results for patients. He incorporates the latest developments in technology into effectively developing successful treatment planning for his patients. He continuously participates in continuing education courses to bring the advances in the dental field to make your visit to our office, a more informative and pleasurable experience.

As an ardent believer of giving back to his community, Dr. Nehra hosts an annual FREE Dental Clinic at his office providing FREE dental services to underprivileged children in the community. He also volunteers his time as local day care and elementary schools to educate children on the importance of good dental hygiene. He supports various charities in the Marlborough community from the Boys and Girls Club to sponsoring High School scholarships for colleges. His office also hosts an annual Child Identification Program (CHIP) which he hosts in coordination with the Marlborough Police Department.

Born and raised in RI, Dr. Nehra is a die-hard Boston Sports Fan!! He is equitably passionate about all of his favorite teams: The Celtics, The Red Sox, The Bruins, and the New England Patriots! He is married and lives with his wife and two children, Reya and Krish, in Sudbury. When he isnt rooting for his favorite teams, Dr. Nehra loves to throw the football around or shoot hoops with his son, or make creative crafts with his daughter. He loves to travel with his family and is always looking for an adventure. They recently made a four-legged furry addition of Cookie to their family.

Depending on the procedure being performed, your CEREC dental restoration(s) may be able to be placed on the same day or next day instead of the usual wait of one to two weeks or more. Using a special scanner, the office can take a digital impression without using traditional trays, improving patient comfort. The restoration(s) is then designed using advanced computer 3D technology that can analyze the interaction of the new restoration with your other teeth. A new crown can be milled out of a solid piece of tooth colored composite material that can provide strength that may surpass that of many crowns produced in a dental lab. Advancements in materials and technology have provided many options for great restorations that can both look great, provide superior strength compared to other restorations, and reduce the need for multiple visits to the office.
