The dental office is clean and comfortable. The dental staff and assistants are wonderful with me and my 4 children ages 23-5. The dentist is professional.

Jenny customer service was on point ! The receptionist not only does she sound pleasant over the phone but she is so sweet in person ! The dentist looked at my X-Ray and knew exactly what I needed I haven't been to the dentist in quite sometime and I was very nervous coming in but they made me feel comfortable that's what matters to me most thank you

The nurse and the dentist doctor Gallo I think was his name did awesome explaining my situation in full details and how they listened to me about my mouth pain and for my first time being there I had a great experience coming so I just want to thank everyone for being so helpful during my first visit to your office thank you all and have a great night

Needed new dentist as mine had retired Made appt for teeth cleaning that went well I was told I needed a couple more fillings & a back tooth. which didnt hurt. needed a crown Instead of doing fillings they went ahead with the crown Ive had crowns before and this one hurt both during and after Because of crown I could no longer wear my partial with the temporary crown he put on so I had to chew on the side of my mouth with the crown When permanent crown finally came in and he tried to put it in I was in extreme pain He said might need a root canal and tried to put permanent crown on tooth again! I said no put the temporary one back on so tooth can be accessed easily for root canal He wasnt happy Pushed the overhead exam lamp which bumped into his assistants head and left the room! Wow No communication from dr No hello when he came in the room Think he said maybe 5 words to me the whole time Saw an endodontist who could only do partial root canal as she found a crack in the tooth & it must be pulled Was pulled 4 days before Christmas as it hurt really bad Have been without my partial since mid October Have been in pain for weeks Out hundreds of dollars as I chose to not wait for insurance as pain was too much Wish I never agreed to the crown in the first place

Dr. Gallo and his team at Dental Associates of Kensington provide a wonderful experience for all who visit the office. Gentle and kind, compassion seems to be their goal. Everyone is knowledgeable and accommodating as well as very thorough with each patient. I would absolutely recommend Dental Associates of Kensington to all!

Staff and dentist made me very comfortable. Very happy I went to Dr Gallo cause my last dentist told me I needed a root canal, a post, and a crown put in a tooth that had a cavity. After Dr Gallo Xray'd it and looked and checked it, turned out it just needed the cavity removed and cleaned up and a filling put on. So he saved me pain, money, and time as I wasn't going to be able afford to do root canal till next year. Ty so much Dr Gallo and all the staff for being so welcoming and kind!

Being a person that's not a fan of dentist, it was a blessing to find Dr. Gallo . The staff is amazing always suppotive. Been going here for over 5 yrs. now & never had a bad experience. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a reliable and Dentist &friendly staff
