Dr. Bari Posner grew up in home in which helping others was a priority. While she was in high school, she started working in a dental office. As a dental assistant, Dr. Bari watched her mom, a dental hygienist, and her boss help patients improve both oral and overall health- and help them smile! As much as she loved working in a dental office, Dr. Bari decided to try something new in college and majored in communications. After college, she worked in Corporate America and found it very unfulfilling so she went back to what she knew she loved.
Dr. Bari Posner upholds strict ethics. She is extremely thorough and strives for perfection throughout all aspects of her dentistry. She performs all procedures with concentration and aims to deliver excellence. Dr. Posner genuinely cares about her patients and believes that there is no substitute for time with them. Her passion is delivering smiles and health in a progressive, modern, comfortable manner.
A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Bari was one of ten students to participate in the prestigious CODE program. She remains committed to learning and education and travels across the country to attend various continuing education courses. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association and is a Board of Member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. In addition to running a local Invisalign/Clear Aligner study club, as a Board Member, Dr. Bari uses her expertise in training and guiding other general dentists in treatments utilizing Invisalign and Clear Aligner therapies.
When not providing exceptional care to her patients, Dr. Bari loves spending time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy going to baseball games, playing sports, hiking and spending time outside in general.

Writing yet another review...I worked with Madison and Dr. Bari for Invisalign and today was my first cleaning and exam. They once again eased all anxiety and fear. Dyana was filled with patience and kindness. I didn't feel like they rushed me and made me feel like I was the most important patient in the office. 10/10.

This practice sets the standard for what your dental care should entail. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave they are focused on your experience. The office itself is modern and clean, the entire staff very warm and welcoming, and the dental hygienist Leah and Dr. Posner so thorough in explaining each step of the exam and cleaning process. The attention to detail is impressive and I felt so well taken care of. Looking forward to next visit

I had such a great experience today. The entire team was incredibly kind, thorough, and considerate. They were using some new technology I hadn't seen anywhere else, which gave me peace of mind to know they actively work to improve the process for their patients. I have a lot of anxiety about dentistry and they really went above and beyond to take care of me. Would recommend to all of my closest friends in a heartbeat.

Greatly surprised how clean, friendly and welcoming right after I walked in for my first visit. Had an appointment and didn't had to wait. Staff was very thorough and didn't hesitate if I needed anything. They seemed to have the latest tech in Dentistry but I'm no expert. I will be recommending this place to my family.
