Canceled my son's appt via text message less than 2hrs before his appt. Can't reschedule him until March! When your office cancels under these circumstances you don't fit your patients into the current schedule? Unacceptable practices. You should be accommodating the patients not schedule them 7mths out. Especially since it was your office that confirmed on Thurs then TEXTED Fri morning & Canceled.

Easily a 5 star. Their staff is awesome, check in was great, they are very prompt. The Hygienists was great as well and explained everything she was doing. Wesley Davis D.D.S was very personable, got to know me and set me on a good path moving forward. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough. I broke a tooth and needed it repaired ASAP. My normal dentist was closed on that day because it was Friday. I called around and saw this offices good reviews and gave them a shot. Not only did they see me same day, they fixed my tooth same day and were so so so kind. I was in and out in an hour! I am going to be changing dentists. They won me over!

I was new to the area, and a co-worker recommended Dental Associates of Hershey, and I'm so glad they did. Outstanding care is given by all! I would suggest them to anyone looking for dental care.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I had to change my appointment date to someday within a small window of time, and they really worked to make sure the date/time worked for me. They addressed all my questions and issues and really gave me the information I needed. I'm very happy with my visit here!

I went for a cleaning and got "periodontal treatment" never told me. I found out when my insurance rejected the claim at the periodontist clinic. I also paid for polishing my teeth and then they billed me for the same. They are all about the money. Be careful

Good dentist, not the best I have ever seen but handles normal dental issues well. Sometimes front staff seems a little grumpy.

This is nicest dental office. The receptionists are all pleasant and do their best. They have multiple Dentists so you don't have to book super far in advance. I would highly recommend them.
