I was sad to lose Dr Green and all her progress as my dentist and sadder that I was not told she was gone. But very impressed with Dr Owen's skill in fixing the break that I had and finishing up my treatment plan and Thankful that she was there to take me in. I really like her work. Thank You Happy to see Dr Owens today as she's ready and willing to get me fixed up and back on track again. Love her. Great Dentist!

I made an appointment months in advance and they gave my appointment to someone else because they claim they didn't receive my text confirmation. Then they wanted me come in anyway to sit there all day and maybe, just maybe, they could squeeze me in. So unprofessional.

My second visit (11/1/2022) and I still remain impressed by the staff (very friendly & professional) & proficiency of the operation. Keep up the "great work"! My very first visit was today (4/27/22) and I was very impressed with the staff and particularly my hygienist.

This office is absolutely amazing. I visited them for the first time and was not disappointed. I called their office at 8 am hoping to get an emergency appointment. I had a broken wisdom tooth that has the nerve exposed that was causing me a great deal of pain. It had been an extensive issue that was bothering me for upwards of 3-6 months and my regular dentist just kept referring me to an oral surgeon because he didn't want to pull it. Luckily,the office had an available appointment same day at 2 pm. When I arrived around 1:50 pm, I was greeted with friendly,warm personality and an understanding for my pain. The dental assistant was very personable. I feel bad for not remembering her name but for being new she did a wonderful job. She did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable,even offering me a blanket to keep me from getting cold and of and an extra layer of comfort in a particularly miserable situation. When Dr.Q came in,she was immediately sympathetic to my situation. She told me she could just see the pain in my face and eyes and understood that I was just absolutely exhausted I was. I expressed to Dr.Q that I couldn't eat,sleep,drive,work or even do the things I love because of how intense and disabling the pain was. After taking a look,she determined that she could attempt to pull it,although there was the risk of it breaking and stopping her from getting it. I requested she go ahead and attempt to get it and she complied happily. During the procedure,Dr.Q was very thorough in her explanations to make sure that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. She took her time to make sure that the pressure wasn't overpowering and turning into pain and she was able to successfully pull the tooth. Her staff has amazing communication skills and I would definitely recommend them for anyone that is afraid of the dentist or even someone that is autistic or has sensory issues. They made me feel more welcome than any other dentist I've ever been to. After my procedure,a few more staff members stopped by to compliment my hair and purse. They really are truly great. Thank you so much for being able to help me Dr.Q. You're absolutely phenomenal!

Best dental office I've ever visited. I've been going for about 2 1/2 years and every visit is always professional and comfortable. The front desk receptionist is always welcoming. The dentist and dental assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. There's never a long wait time ....AND THEY DON'T HURT MY MOUTH!!!!. I recommend this office to everyone!.......... Update: The staff has changed quite a bit over the past year . I was a bit concerned when I seen different doctors and dental hygienist. I've had 2 visits since the Change in staff and I still have nothing bad to say about this office. It's still very clean, professional, and great with time management.

Advertisment for emergency care is inaccurate. There is no care available for non patients but 911 ... Advertisment gives off impression they offer care to a Walk-in. I'm non patient thanks to COVID and now I can't become a patient because no dentist will see me. So I have resolved to role play being a dentist and work on myself.

This place is terrible. They will make their best attempt to charge you out of pocket for services you didn't ask for nor want even if you have insurance. And they are experts in not caring about a patients request and needs. Overall a very bad experience. At no point did I feel cared for.

Came in for a cleaning. Hygienist was not thorough. Not only missed cleaning a few spots also missed there was an issue with one of my teeth. Dentist came in for 3-5 mins only did a quick look and said all good. 3 weeks later I discovered an issue on one tooth. Called another local dentist office and after an assessment was scheduled within a few weeks to have dental work done on 2 of my teeth The Dental Assoc missed.

Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the dental hygienist and dentist, we're all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Im so glad I made the switch to them!

I would not recommend this place. I scheduled my appointment over the phone months in advance and got a confirmation email showing my exact date and time, only to get there and be told I wasn't on the schedule to be seen by the dentist today. They didn't offer to fix it or anything, only to reschedule for a date months out, ridiculous. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Won't be returning.

They are very friendly and professional and explained everything to my son to make him more comfortable and to better understand the importance of taken care of his teeth. Its nice to not be the only one explaining the importance of taken care of your teeth. Would recommend
