I went in for a deep clean. Michelle was so kind and comforting. When I visited they called me by name only after 2 visits. I can't wait for my next visit. It's worth the wait because they book up quickly!

Called for general checkup and cleaning. Lady said they "and Florida", don't do those on the same day, had to do two appointments. I'm 56 years old and lived in Florida off and on for many years, never had that issue. Seems they were just trying to bill insurance for two visits, when one would do. Very inconvenient and a bit sketchy, so pass and will look elsewhere.

Dr Bevins was very efficient and friendly. I knew he cared about the treatment plan. The staff were organized and very helpful. I'm very happy I decided to go to Dental Associates for my dental care.

Good and efficient service. Friendly staff and dentist. This was my first visit and Dr. Mueller and especially Andrea were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them and this office! And by the way Dr. Mueller has a great singing voice!

Personally I am annoyed by all the reminders that come through my phone or email for an appointment. I realize "some" patients might forget appointments or are constantly late but I am not one of them and your records would show that. I'm sure it is an automated system but it is annoying to me as I have never been late or never been a "no show." Having said all that, I arrived a few minutes early for my appt - and I WAS KEPT WAITING FOR OVER TWENTY MINUTES. Hygienist explained that her previous patient was late. Should I now request that your office advise me if running late so I can adjust my arrival?

Michelle took great care of me. She has 20 years of expertise and a great personality to go along with it. I am I good hands here and actually look forward to seeing her again in Oct!
