Had to have a tooth extracted and was terrified. Andrea literally held my hand and helped me stay calm all while performing her duties with one hand. She is a super star! I can't say enough about Dr. Adil, either. He was very sympathetic and quite gentle. They both made a what could have been a horrible experience into not much. Thank you both, Andrea and Dr. Adil. You two are the BEST!

this dental office was a God send , my husband had some severe pain the last 2 wks. and Jessica and the whole dental team went out of their way to make sure services were available today, to help him get out of pain, and to began his new job pain-free....THANK YOU WITH ARE WHOLE HEARTS FOR MAKING THIS OUR NEW DENTAL HOME!!

I recently had my gingivectomy/smile procedure done by Dr Bivens as well as with the help of Andrea and the procedure went great. They treated me well and made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. Highly recommend going with them if you're looking to get that procedure done or just a dental cleaning in general. Thank you Dental Associates of Florida now I'm more than happy with my new smile

I had the best experience at this dental office! I had just moved from out of state and did not have a local dentist. I had a temporary filling that fell out of a root canal and the tooth needed a crown. I called and spoke to super friendly front desk staff who were able to get me in the next day, even being a new patient. When I arrived, the dental assistant, Andrea was so friendly and put me instantly at ease. She was able to explain all the procedures so that I knew what to expect. After Dr. Mueller examined my tooth and determined that I needed a crown, I got ready to leave and reschedule another appointment when Andrea explained to me they could do it immediately. I have never experienced that before. About 45 minutes later, I left with a temporary crown and a lot less pain. Dr Mueller was very gentle and also took the time to explain what he was taking care of. Overall it was the best dental experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Kristin Zachary Update: 10/24/22 I returned to the office for a cleaning appointment that I had been putting off and rescheduling for about 6 months. I knew I had a gum issue that would most likely require extensive and what I believed to be painful treatment. Finally the pain was too great and I had to go get it looked at. I was able to see Andrea again and as unbelievable as it is, she was even more amazing this time! She recognized my fear and hesitation to get treatment. She told me about options that I was not aware of and went over the treatment plan with me to make sure I understood. She understood and alleviated my financial concerns and like the previous visit, were able to get me in immediately for the treatment that I needed. Lisa cleaned my teeth and was amazing as well. She explained everything that she was doing and was extremely gentle. It turned out my issue was not as bad as I feared but had Andrea not helped me through my fear and made it possible for me to allow, them to treat me, it would have become much worse. I have complete faith in all of the staff at this office and will never hesitate to get dental care as long as it is at the office! I don't know if I could ever adequately explain how much of a difference Andrea made but she is one of those people that makes such an impact on you that changes a part of your life! I am so thankful to call this practice my dentist!

Dr. Paul Bivens and Andrea took care of my erupted tooth and bone graft after giving me an appointment on short notice. With their knowledge of codes, they contacted my insurance company confirming reimbursement. They made the whole process a pleasant one despite my situation.

I recently had to have a tooth extraction. Afterwards, I had some complications which made me very anxious and hesitant for anyone to touch my mouth again. Thankfully Andrea was placed along my journey, she was very kind, compassionate, and reassuring. She thoroughly explained all procedures and step by step along the way of what was going to happen. She brought much comfort to me when I needed it. She truly went above and beyond. I am forever grateful for her, not only her kindness and compassion but also her dental hygienist expertise....she truly is THE BEST!!

I just started my Medicare insurance and they are in network for my plan. My son and daughter also use this dentist, so I called to schedule. The receptionist was very friendly, took my information and sent a link for patient history to complete before my arrival. I hate filling out forms while I'm waiting in the office. Everyone was super cordial and Eric the hygienist was outstanding with his teeth cleaning. He was very thorough and if you take good care of your teeth, he doesn't have to scrape too hard I highly recommend this office looking for a Dentist!

After several weeks of determining what was needed for my particular dental situation, I was scheduled to have a permanent bridge. Like most people dental is not my favorite and when arriving at the office and being called back, I was greeted by Andrea. She asked how I was, and I indicated very nervous and I was. After talking with her, she assured me that I was in good hands and that I didn't have anything to be fearful of. She promised that I would have the best dental experience I've ever had and she would make sure. For me that was a monumental task, however, Andrea and Dr. Mueller both met and exceeded the challenge. I cannot speak highly enough of how well I have been treated since going to Dental Associates of Florida in Brandon. They made the process easy and without pain. I now have a front tooth which has been missing for several months, and while it is temporary and permanent is being created, my mouth looks and feels so much better in just one visit. I cannot thank Dental Associates of Florida in Brandon enough. These people are FANTASTIC!! Plain and simple. If you need a good dentist, go see them Andrea is fantastic. I can honestly say every staff member has been nothing but gracious, kind, professional, and friendly in that office. However, Andrea is special and she makes you important and having a lot of major dental work done there's nothing better. Dr. Mueller and staff are superb, excellent and this is a wonderful dental location. I highly recommend them. Five stars is not enough and I look forward to continuing my treatment with them.

Went a few days prior to this review to get a tooth pulled. Everyone there was super nice, and patient to explain everything to a guy who hasn't been to a dentist in a while. The procedure itself went well, and I didn't feel anything during the procedure. Needless to say I'll be back.

I had a great experience at my dental appointment yesterday. Both Andrea and Eric were professional, friendly, and informative. Both of them took the time out to answer my questions on the procedures they completed. The rest of the office staff were wonderful as well. They got me set up in their system and all of the scheduling and billing was quick and painless, as was the dental work I had done. The staff is awesome. I look forward to my appointment with Dr. Mueller tomorrow. Well, as much as one can look forward to an extraction... follow-up. The extraction went well. I would definitely avoid any option of going into an on call status if there are no open appointments. Book a later date to be safe. You may not get a call if you opt to go on call. At this point I'm just going back in January for my yearly cleaning.

If you read the reviews like I did, you will want to know that my experience with Dr Adil was extremely comfortable and I felt no pain at all while he worked. Despite being reluctant and worried about the procesure at first, he was kind and ensured I had what i needed I and look forward to further treatment. Barbara B the assistant was so attentive and was on top of everything the doctor required. Amazing support. IF you come here ask for them only!!

Andrea is extremely thoughtful and took care of me throughout my entire appointment. I was very nervous and she did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. There is no one else that I would want to be next to me during my procedures. Her kindness is radiant.

The staff was very friendly and helped calm my nerves. I had to get a tooth pulled and a temporary bridge because of damage caused by a cat accident. My tooth was badly infected and very painful. The dental assistant Andrea was very sweet and helped me stay calm and walked me through everything step by step. The dentist, Dr. Mueller got everything taken care of very quickly.
