Moved to Brooksville recently and needed to establish a dentist. Selected Dental Associates of Florida Brooksville and was impressed immediately. I was a little early but didn't have to wait long before Patti greeted me and led me to her chair. She had to establish my file and was very professional with a disposition I can only describe as sweet. She asked if I was concerned about anything dental health wise and I said no. She explained what they will be doing for my first visit which encompassed establishing a baseline dental health profile. She conducted a full radiography suite and made it easy for me to follow her instructions to ensure each view was performed properly. I have plenty of hours in a dental chair and knew what to expect but she made the experience relaxing. Kim, the hygienist, came in to measure and assess my gum health. She was very good and I was pleased to learn I was in pretty good shape. Finally, Dr. Merrill came in and examined me. All said and done, I am pleased with the quality of staff, professionalism, and customer service I received today. I feel fortunate to have selected this fine dental practice.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Merrill and her team. All of the people here are friendly and helpful. Eileen is my go to person for cleanings. She is thorough, informative and has given me a few helpful tips. After my most recent cleaning I also had a temporary crown made. Patti was very nice and talked me through the process which made for a pleasant experience.

Great compassionate team from the first phone call to the fast appointment for a broken tooth. Lifetime of dental problems but the doctor and tech were kind, respectful, and professional with a get it done attitude. Got a quote with my insurance and it was honored and not padded. No bait and switch. No high pressure sales like you often get at dental offices but many services available if needed or desired. If you need a dentist just go!
