New patient. My experience with the staff at Dental Associates was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Fenton sat with me, taking her time to explain all my options. I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a professional and caring dental office to give Dental Associates a try. They won't disappoint.

Had a tooth ache and they got me in immediately, gave me antibiotics for the infection and went back to get pulled. Dr was very gentle and I didn't even realize the tooth was out Had no problems with healing. no long wait times the staff was excellent, friendly, and understanding. I would recommend this office to my friend

The complete staff .are kind and caring they take the time to listen to your questions and then explain to you . The entire building is very clean it made me feel like I was home and not the dentist ofice

Just moved to town and had the best dental experience I've ever had in all my 40years. Dentist immediately caught and warned me about a huge problem my old dentist never told me about, caused by my horrible orthodontist experience! X-ray staff was great and made my x-rays go so easy! Hygienist was the best I ever had! He was so calming and explained everything he was doing, which was so helpful for me. Office staff went above and beyond trying to get my old dentist office to cooperate with paperwork. I never thought I would say this, but for once I don't dread going to the dentist!

This was a first time visit for me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Once I was taken back, the assistant Rosie made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She listened to my issues and concerns as well as my fears and assured me everything would be okay. Dr Fenton came in and did a brief exam after x-rays and we discussed a treatment plan. I have to say that Dr Fenton took the time to talk to me and show me what was going on. She has a very caring demeanor and reassured me that the issues I have can be taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dental Associates

Had a great experience. I've been to other dentist and was never given options on fixing a bad root canal until I came to Dental Associates here in Bartow. Staff was very friendly my Dental Assistant Rosa was very gentle and informative on the after care she even called me the following day to check up on me. The Dr. Was amazing no pain what so ever. An overall amazing experience. Highly recommend the dental office.

I don't recommend this Dental Office, I get My bridge work done and didnt fit well the firts time, I visit the Office a few time to correct the problem, ending with a broken bridge and tooth. The Dental Office don't want resposibility.

I switched to this office for convience and the staff, Erica and Whitney were extremely awesome. The office was net and clean and everyone was friendly and I felt welcome.

The staff at Dental Associates in Bartow is wonderful! The office is quiet and peaceful. Still, my teenaged daughter and I struggle at doctors and dentists and needles, etc. My daughter passed out after getting her shots to get her cavities filled. The office staff showed so much compassion with dealing with her. They even called the next day to check on her. Then to my complete embarrassment, I had a panic attack the following week after my shots for my cavities. The ladies in the office took such good care of me until my panic attack subsided. I was upset with myself. I dont like being a difficult patient! But the dentist came in and reassured me that it's not something I can control and it was okay. Such great people. I think the prices are fair too.

Use to be a really good dentist now it's just horrible. Customer services is complete trash now and one particular employee there doesn't have any knowledge upon the difference between a chipped tooth and a cavity, that will definitely scare you away I no longer go here now or spend my hard earned money here it's too many options of other dentists and better ones around than to deal with uneducated employees and horrible customer services. Dr Finton should be ashamed of some of her new staff. They are costing you money :)

I find that dental hygienist Amber is very professional and does an excellent job in cleaning my teeth. The cleanings with her were the best that I have had in years. She also explained what type of tooth paste and mouth wash to use and why a Fluoride treatment is important. Cherica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful also.

Had to come back and rewrite my review from a 5 to a 1 been going here since 2019 never had an issues with this dentist til now when it was time for my 6 month cleaning, Sucks i have to take my services else were but oh well.
