Kristina Montemale DMD was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. She has also earned her Masters degree from Rutgers University in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology. Finally sick of countless unbearable winters, she decided it was time to move down to Florida and went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University. There, she was the only one to participate in and graduate withhonors in two programs: Endodontics and Oral Surgery. Following her graduation from dental school, Dr. Montemale participated in a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Idaho State University and St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. It was there that she excelled in the fields of dental implantology, oral surgery, phlebotomy, conscious oral and IV sedation, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth rehabilitation and reconstruction.
Dr. Montemale has an outgoing personal demeanor that sets her apart and makes her patients feel at ease. Her caring and compassionate personality shines throughout in every aspect of her dental care. Besides her passion for dentistry, Dr. Montemale enjoys spending time with friends and family. Coming from a large Italian family, she is an avid foodie and enjoys burning off those calories at the pool.
Dr. Montemales main professional goal is to provide innovative and comprehensive dental care for all her patients so they can maintain a high-level of wellness throughout their daily life. Her selective and extensive training, as well as her aspiration for helping others, creates a unique foundation for providing you and your family exceptional dental care.

I am extremely unhappy with this office. The staff are nice. The scheduling is fine, however the exact thing I went for, my smile they ruined. My first interaction was when I noticed my molars were discolored. I clearly stated the molars, I clearly stated they were the prime reason for whitening. When I showed up and they began to prepare I was informed they do not color the molars. That the service I paid for doesn't do such. The whitening wasn't the only sole purpose. When I went I had them clean as well. As I have know I have teeth grinding. As a suggestion they offered Botox. Botox would be a great benefit to help the teeth grinding. Asking several times if there was any side effects they repeatedly turned them down as nothing severe. I then come in for the Botox with trust in them, being a dentist and focused on our smiles. Since the Botox it has done nothing but turn the muscles on full of irritation, in addition to completely removing my smile. The muscles completely went paralyzed or calmed to where the muscles outside my side of my lips don't move. Our smiles are one of our greatest assets of our identities. And they took the very thing trusted them with. I emailed about both situations. The whitening they offered trays and free bleach. Great. The Botox, the doctor didn't really care. More so just said, ya rare, sorry. Of course he offered more services and drugs to help fix the issue, but of course at my expense. I will not be going back, nor recommending them to anyone. There seems to be a great disconnect between the services they provide and the details of those services.

I truly don't believe I have ever had a better experience at a dentist. First off, the entire staff, at least the ones that I've met, are truly incredible. They are personable, friendly, and so want to make your visit as terrific as possible. The cleaning was one of the best I have ever had, Amanda is beyond terrific and I don't think my teeth have ever been this white. The actual exam was thorough and complete. I left with a plan to have two of my needed implants addressed. Frankly, I am looking forward to going back. Really, who says that about a dentist? My visit today with Dr. Constabile what is as good as it gets. Everything was explained in detail and the implant is scheduled for next week. I am very much looking forward, again who says that about a dentist? Just wanted to add that after recent procedures with Dr. Costabile, this practice and everyone there truly makes you feel like family. And as family, they truly care about you.

I've never really liked going to the dentist, but the staff here is knowledgeable and friendly and they seem to have the latest technology. I find myself looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I cannot say enough about dental associates of Boca Raton in Wilton Manors. I was introduced to it through a mutual friend 6 years ago and I will not trade for any other facility . This is a very well oiled machine of professional dentists, dental assistants and amazing receptionists. It's no wonder they have been awarded the best in Wilton Manors from the south Florida gay news. My big Bravo to all of you.
