Kristina Montemale DMD was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. She has also earned her Masters degree from Rutgers University in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology. Finally sick of countless unbearable winters, she decided it was time to move down to Florida and went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University. There, she was the only one to participate in and graduate withhonors in two programs: Endodontics and Oral Surgery. Following her graduation from dental school, Dr. Montemale participated in a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Idaho State University and St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. It was there that she excelled in the fields of dental implantology, oral surgery, phlebotomy, conscious oral and IV sedation, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth rehabilitation and reconstruction.
Dr. Montemale has an outgoing personal demeanor that sets her apart and makes her patients feel at ease. Her caring and compassionate personality shines throughout in every aspect of her dental care. Besides her passion for dentistry, Dr. Montemale enjoys spending time with friends and family. Coming from a large Italian family, she is an avid foodie and enjoys burning off those calories at the pool.
Dr. Montemales main professional goal is to provide innovative and comprehensive dental care for all her patients so they can maintain a high-level of wellness throughout their daily life. Her selective and extensive training, as well as her aspiration for helping others, creates a unique foundation for providing you and your family exceptional dental care.

From the moment entering, to the time leaving the premises. The office staff at the front desk are most courteous and efficient. The treatments diagnosed and performed by doctor Michael Costabile, have always had excellent results, with no fuss or bother, in a calming and friendly atmosphere. 5 stars well deserved.

Not many people like going to the dentist ( me included) , but Dr Costabile & his staff made the whole process extremely smooth and painless . I'm having extensive dental work done and extremely pleased with the progress, aesthetic, and the care they take. Would recommend 1000%.

Had a great experience with the dental hygienist. Jose was gentle and did a fabulous job. Afterwords doctor Costabile came up with a great plan for my Teeth. Afterwords Lori The office Manager was amazing. They have an amazing special $69 for teeth cleaning and exam with x-rays I also have a dental insurance plan which I got

Everyone is very nice. But I went in to have a bonding fixed, they could just not get it right. My dental situation is complicated, but I've gotten it fixed 6 times through the years by 3 dentists and it hasn't taken more than 30 mins. Here it took 2 hours until I finally gave up. They did want to keep trying till they got it right, which I appreciate, but it just wasn't going to happen. I don't consider myself a picky person. It's probably my fault for not going to a specialist in cosmetic dentistry. I'll just consider it a sunk cost.

The office is very well-run by courteous, efficeint, and helpful staff. Never have experienced a long wait for our appointments. Dr. Costible is knowledgeable, skilled, caring, and patient while answering questions. Great hygienists, too! Office is clean. Would highly recommend Dental Associates of Boca Raton.
