CarePlus Dental Plans, an affiliate of Dental Associates, provides quality individual and group dental plans for Wisconsin residents and businesses. Together, the two companies deliver complete dental care coupled with dental insurance plans that make care affordable for patients of all ages.
Chartered in 1983, CarePlus Dental Plans, Inc. is a non-profit Limited Service Health Organization (LSHO) licensed and regulated by the State of Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI).
Care Plus offers four different dental plans for individuals who have existing dental coverage and would like supplemental insurance, as well as for those who do not have any existing dental coverage. Our very first clinic opened in 1974 on South 16th Street in Milwaukee. Starting as a 1-chair clinic with just a few employees, weve now grown to 14 clinics with over 800 dedicated team members! We set our roots in Wisconsin, and ever since weve been dedicated to serving the families who live in this great state.
Weve always been owned by a dentist rather than a corporation. Though were the largest group dental practice in the state, what sets us apart is our ownership. When our founder and first owner Dr. John Gonis passed away in 2008, his nephew Dr. Thomas Manos took over and our clinics remained in the hands of the family and a dentist. We strongly believe we offer you the most complete, coordinated, family-centered care since our owner is a practicing dentist and devoted father and husband.
Our main office is located in Downtown Milwaukee in the historic Iron Block Building. This is the headquarters of our main operations, and were dedicated to carrying out all processes in the same state where we treat our patients.

I had my exam by dr.Kim he is friendly and doesn't pressure you into anything. His assistant answered all my questions. The hygienist I had also answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful also. I would recommend the Kenosha office to everyone!!

This place is NOT professional and should not even hold a license to operate! I made an appointment in May for a cleaning in Aug. I received several notices from them to confirm my apt, responded to every single one. Get there and wait 30min to have someone come and tell me their "suction" equipment hasn't been working all day. You think I would have received some type of call ahead/warning? I had to take off work (which cost me $200 out of pocket) and drive 40min each way. Next available opening is in December? Are you joking? I can be put on a call list (with over 100 other people ahead of me) and "if an opening becomes available we will call you". How bout you put me to the front of that list to accommodate the one person on that list that already had an appointment? NOPE! I was offered a $35 coupon to win me over-laughable! This was the first time and will be the last time for myself and the referrals I already sent to you (including the ones that have pending appointments) Completely unprofessional place! Your "suction" isn't working but you still found a way to keep on SUCKING!

I didn't have the greatest experience today. We received a voucher in May for an appointment that was cancelled last minute by the orthodontist. I tried to use it today and was unable to apply it because they claimed my bill was past due. Unfortunately, two receptionists failed to mention to us that there was a balance due at all, let alone something being past due. Apparently, before my son's expander was put on the receptionist was supposed to have us pay the co-payment when we arrived at the office but failed to do so. This was two separate appointments where I could have paid the balance, had I known about it, and we also never received a bill of any kind so I didn't even know we had to pay something. The poor receptionist behind the desk was doing her best to try and get the manager, Taylor, to see my point of view but it really fell on deaf ears. The receptionist was kind and apologized but Taylor didn't and seemed very preoccupied and really unwilling to provide any kind of quality customer service. Truthfully, she didn't take the time to listen to me at all and kept leaving the conversation without telling me where she was going. It was really bizarre. I really like the orthodontist so I hate having to move our business but the service by the office staff was less than desirable. Of course I paid the outstanding bill today but I was not given an opportunity to use the voucher because of a system or clerical error.

Well if I could leave zero stars I would. As a parent who has had students attend college all over the US this is the first time a business was unbelievably rude, unhelpful and down right bully's. My daughter was seen as an emergency for wisdom tooth pain and she was charged for services that they did but would be of no use for her. You see if you pay for pano X-rays and a surgical consultation, and schedule your surgery for the only break you get you should get to have your surgery. BUT not here! They could not keep her surgery appointment because the surgeon left the practice and they could not schedule her in time for another consultation for another surgeon. So she is out of luck. Just left with paying the bills for services "they did" but are NO use for her. When I called to see if they could at least cancel the surgery consultation fees they called my daughter and bullied her by saying "why does your mom have to deal with us now". Well her Mom holds the dental insurance for her student daughter and works for the insurance company. Sorry to say my daughter is still in pain and all they wanted was the bill paid in full which I did and to schedule for "free", another surgery consult for a surgery she cannot fit into her nursing school schedule. Please stay away from this clinic they are out just to make the buck. The office manager Brandi and the clinic manager Stacy both felt it was better to make the buck. Also when was the last time we as a paying customer missed an appointment and was charged a fee. Seems like as a patient at this clinic they don't care about keeping appointments, the patients time is worth nothing. I confirmed with both our home dentist office and another dentist office they would have at least written off the consultation fees

Always have top notch service here without stressing over being scared and know drs and tech's are the best. Traveling far for my appointments is what I do because I feel having the best care is important now that I've been here for a few years, don't want to look elsewhere for a new dental office. And, Gabby is the best hygienist in the world! Always look forward to her cleaning my teeth and she gets a workout with mine for sure lol. Missed you yesterday Gabby! Get better soon!!

Great dentist and they answer all of your questions right then and they find solutions for your dental problems right away. I have a tooth that's been bothering me. I thought it was a cavity but it's just sensitive. So they gave me samples of toothpaste I could use to see if that helps.

Ordered many treatments I did not need. Broke my tooth during a root canal & didn't tell me. I found out because I had an infection & you can clearly see the botched work. Complete sham & would not recommend.

My Dental Hygienist, Jennifer was very quick, but detailed with cleaning my teeth, and getting X-rays, but best of all, she made sure my plan for future dental care is on track! I'm extremely appreciative!!!

If you miss your appointment they will charge you 35 dollars and if you don't pay the balance they will not attend you.. in some way it might be fear but if they make you wait 30 minutes after you appointment they should pay you too right? Because my time also is very valuable.

I've seen a bunch of dentists in the clinic, and have been impressed with all of them. Dr. Smart, Dr. Branshaw, Dr. Vravick, and Dr. McNeir have all went above and beyond and far surpassed my expectations. I have felt especially comfortable with Dr. Vravick and Dr. McNeir. Their teams are exceptional. Dr. McNeir talks to his patients as if he knows them as friends. He addresses all concerns before surgery, and is very knowledgeable. You can tell how extremely skilled he is as well. I cannot stress enough how comfortable they try to make their patients, and how far him and his team went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be back for any oral surgery I need in the future.

Very poor customer service. The surgeon was 30minutes late for my wisdom tooth removal. This caused the rest of my schedule to be disrupted and the person who was supposed to drive me after surgery was also inconvenienced. They then forced me to reschedule for the next month. In short, they were unprofessional and could not be flexible with me even though they were late. It seemed as though they were rushing me out of the door.

Forcing all patients to wear a mask. This is illegal and discriminating as well as a violation of our rights. There is no logical sense for this. Stop this madness! Canceled my appointment and will seek a new dentist after 20 years!

Dr. Bianca is the kindest, most accommodating dentist I've ever met. She is the pediatric dentist at Dental Associates and I have been taking both of my children to her for about a year now. My 5 year old would refuse to open her mouth due to fear but Dr. Bianca was always so patient and kind. She does everything possible to make the kids feel comfortable and safe. She explains every step to them and shows them exactly what she is going to do. I have had to take my kids to several other dentists before Dr. Bianca but never had anyone as kind and caring as her. Definitely recommend her!!!
