Jonna Carnahan Jonna, our Office Manager, loves working with people and being part of a great team. She is here to help with any questions patients may have regarding billing and their overall plan of care.
Jonna and her husband Shane live on an acreage north of Grinnell where Shane runs Carnahan repair. Jonna has two daughters, Kyleigh and Laney and two stepsons, Maddax and Huxley. Jonna is a lover of all animals including her two cats, two dogs, seven rabbits and all the cows!

Edited Review from December 2021: Excellent service. Had a problem on a previous visit, but decided to roll the dice with a different staff member. Glad I did, very pleasant experience and will be going back again. 5 stars!

My son is away from home, at Grinnell College. He had a painful, emergent dental situation. Dental Associates got him in the next day and took care of rhe problem. We loved all of the staff, and Dr. Baumann was fantastic!

Gave me the gas to calm me down, didn't even feel the shots or getting the tooth removed. Consistently made sure I was doing alright.

Very professional hygienist and dentist. Dr.Hendrickson was so gentle and continued to make sure I was okay and I didn't feel any pain. Even the shot was so gentle. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dental Associates since I've had teeth. The staff is always super nice and very knowledgeable! They make going to the dentist a little bit more enjoyable. They have helped with insurance issues and have treated me with respect every time I step in the door. Dr. Julie Hendricks does a great job putting patients at ease! She really explains what is wrong and how to take steps to fix it. Super sweet!

Amazing staff! They made me feel very comfortable! Very clean and organized. I didn't have to wait. Even the lady doing my insurance went out her way to check on my insurance! I would definitely recommend this facility. I found it by looking on line. They had the highest rating, now I know why! Thank you!!

Dr. Hendricks is professional and thorough. Started seeing her 8 years ago and she has corrected several other dentists poor work. She has even done work on weekends when I had an emergency. The staff is hard working and keeps the office moving smoothly. Couldn't be happier!
