Dental Associates is Wisconsins premier dental provider, offering your family complete dental care at 14 convenient locations. What once was a small office serving only one Milwaukee location is now a well-respected organization of over 800 team members serving 14 clinics and thousands of families throughout Eastern Wisconsin, from Green Bay to Milwaukee and down to Kenosha. Were proud to be owned by a practicing dentist, Dr. Thomas Manos. In fact, weve been owned by Dr. Manos family ever since our first clinic opened in 1974.

We truly believe that your family receives the most complete, coordinated care when you visit any of our clinics. Not only do our dentists and their teams treat each patient as if theyre family, but you wont have to be referred out for specialty dental work, should you ever need it. If your dentist finds you need a root canal, dentures, dental implants, or other specialty dental procedure, you can have it all done in the same clinic or one of our nearby clinics.

Also, you can visit your dentist in the same facility where your child visits their pediatric dentist. Then when its time, your child can visit our orthodontics department for a consult about bracesand you can do it all in the same building! Thats the Dental Associates benefit, and we know youll enjoy having all your dental care from one dental provider.

Our dentists and their teams are the best in the industry. Theyre caring, compassionate, and are dedicated to providing Wisconsin residents with the very best care. Learn about what inspires our team members in Our Calling videos or read Dentist Reviews from actual patients.

Dental Associates is led by Dr. Manos, who champions the belief that team dentistry builds the best relationships and delivers the best results for patients. Thats why Dental Associates provides complete family dental services, from general to specialty dentistry, all with a focus on excellent care that is affordable, accessible, and personalized. We pride ourselves on being a dental home for your family, which means we have an ongoing relationship with our patients and deliver comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated care in a family-centered way.

Our primary provider teams include a general dentist, at least one hygienist, dental assistants, and administrative support staff. You can choose your dentist and they will provide you care at each dental visit, which allows you to develop a meaningful relationship with your dentist and their team. We also have a pediatric dentistry team that treats children younger than 12 years old. When needed, specialists in orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics consult and support the primary care providers patients. All it takes is a walk down the hall because, in most cases, the entire team is in the same building.

Dental Associates isproud to have received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and to consistently receive high Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores at all our locations. Learn about our Press Ganey Dentist Reviews. Our long list of awards & recognitions also confirms our longstanding level of care. We've also receivedover 4,000 4 and 5-star reviews on Google, further confirming our patients' satisfaction with our staff and the services provided.

We consistently aspire to meet this mission by defining and living a set of values that are customer-focused, caring and compassionate. We not only live these values at our clinics but carry them into our communities as well.

Dental Associates Green Bay - General dentist in Green Bay, WI

Our very first clinic opened in 1974 on South 16th Street in Milwaukee. Starting as a 1-chair clinic with just a few employees, weve now grown to 14 clinics with over 800 dedicated team members! We set our roots in Wisconsin, and ever since weve been dedicated to serving the families who live in this great state.

Weve always been owned by a dentist rather than a corporation. Though were the largest group dental practice in the state, what sets us apart is our ownership. When our founder and first owner Dr. John Gonis passed away in 2008, his nephew Dr. Thomas Manos took over and our clinics remained in the hands of the family and a dentist. We strongly believe we offer you the most complete, coordinated, family-centered care since our owner is a practicing dentist and devoted father and husband.

Our main office is located in Downtown Milwaukee in the historic Iron Block Building. This is the headquarters of our main operations, and were dedicated to carrying out all processes in the same state where we treat our patients.

Our 14 clinics and supporting offices employ over 800 Wisconsinites. When you visit our clinics, youre not only receiving the highest-quality dental care in the state, but youre also helping support hundreds of fellow Wisconsin residents and their families. I was referred to Dental Associates from my sisters who really loved it. My doctor and the technician are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I recommend Dental Associates to everyone. You are made to feel very welcomed by the receptionist who are helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend these dentists.

Awful! Numerous cancelled appointments, unnecessary (and not covered) work done. I do not recommend! Customer service is awful. No one can answer your questions or even schedule an appointment without asking for help. They always have to call back and never actually return calls. Prepare to spend days calling the office to get anything done.

Their dentist messed my teeth up now I have to have crowns and root canals done. I was prepped for a crown which takes 4 weeks come in. The temporary continues to come off and after telling me I have to come in right away to get it taken care of because if my tooth breaks they'll have to pull the tooth they still will not get me in right away. They tell me there's no openings for a couple of days. Even though I was told to call and come in right away because they simply just have to glue it back on. The receptionist even told me to go to the store and buy something like fix a dent or the temporary glue that the stores sell to fix my tooth. So I guess I have to spend more money to make sure that I don't lose my tooth even though this is because of them!!

During the peak of covid when they closed down, my dog got ahold of my retainer, ultimately destroying it. I got an appointment as soon as possible once they reopened, however, they took a new mold of my teeth (after 2 weeks without a retainer, meaning my gap had already came back). I still purchased the new retainer because I figured it was better than nothing. However, now I'm looking at spending $1000+ again to reattempt to get rid of my gap because I am simply not happy with how big my gap is. Very disappointed that I even bothered getting braces here. It was a complete waste of money because they did not accommodate their closure well at all. I have heard that some orthodontists provide a physical mold to clients of their teeth right after they get their braces off so that the original retainer can be duplicated if necessary, I wish this was done when I got mine off.

I came in for severe tooth pain and was beyond impressed with every aspect of my visit. I was able to easily set up my appointment via text. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly. Both the dental assistants and Dr. Walker truly made me feel heard and helped which is particularly special, as I have a major fear of the dentist. Even paying was a pleasant experience as Jamie so sweetly lent me a cloth to clean my glasses that had gotten wet during my extraction. Safe to say, I will be back for my dental needs moving forward.

I had been going there for awhile, but the customer service has gone down along with dental quality. My last visit was nail in the coffin. The hygienist was not friendly, and I had to ask to be gentle for a front tooth filing. My hair got pulled while cleaning, and my mouth got pinched during flossing. There was no acknowledgement during my visit. There is no consistent dentist so things get missed. Apparently, I had two cavities the last visit. However, the prior visit I had great oral care. The pediatric dentists are constantly changing with no consistent dentist.

Absolutely aweful! 5 months ago they insisted on filling a tooth that was on the verge of a cavity and ever since then I have had cold sensitivity and pain when I chew on that side. I went in to get it checked out and they said to use sensitive toothpaste. It didn't fix it so I went in 2 months later and they redid the filling and tried to charge me even though it was their fault to begin with. It still was sensitive so I go in another 2 months later and all they did was poke around and say you might need a root canal and again they charged me. It was their fault and they charge me for trying to get it fixed. Never ever going here again!

I'm not even a current patient here but I CAN'T wait until I switch dental insurances and will be back. I have gone to dental associates my whole life, aside from the last 4ish years, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I have had braces and wisdom teeth removed from here and both experiences were great. No complaints! Marni is the absolute best dental hygienist there is! She is so caring and friendly, all the staff are! It shows the impact they have made on my life since I am writing this review and haven't even been there in 5 years! I don't think anyone has ever said that they can't wait to go back to the dentist but I am! After the horrible experiences I've had else where it made me appreciate the work they do at Dental Associates.

My 6 year old son had a cleaning appointment and when we got there the reception lady, Thersa, went above and beyond to figure out my complicated insurance situation- than the lady who cleaned his teeth was soooo nice and talked about school with him the whole time so that he was comfortable. The whole experience was fantastic and I'm really glad we went with Dental Associates
