Dental Associates is Wisconsins premier dental provider, offering your family complete dental care at 14 convenient locations. What once was a small office serving only one Milwaukee location is now a well-respected organization of over 800 team members serving 14 clinics and thousands of families throughout Eastern Wisconsin, from Green Bay to Milwaukee and down to Kenosha. Were proud to be owned by a practicing dentist, Dr. Thomas Manos. In fact, weve been owned by Dr. Manos family ever since our first clinic opened in 1974.

We truly believe that your family receives the most complete, coordinated care when you visit any of our clinics. Not only do our dentists and their teams treat each patient as if theyre family, but you wont have to be referred out for specialty dental work, should you ever need it. If your dentist finds you need a root canal, dentures, dental implants, or other specialty dental procedure, you can have it all done in the same clinic or one of our nearby clinics.

Also, you can visit your dentist in the same facility where your child visits their pediatric dentist. Then when its time, your child can visit our orthodontics department for a consult about bracesand you can do it all in the same building! Thats the Dental Associates benefit, and we know youll enjoy having all your dental care from one dental provider.

Our dentists and their teams are the best in the industry. Theyre caring, compassionate, and are dedicated to providing Wisconsin residents with the very best care. Learn about what inspires our team members in Our Calling videos or read Dentist Reviews from actual patients.

Dental Associates is led by Dr. Manos, who champions the belief that team dentistry builds the best relationships and delivers the best results for patients. Thats why Dental Associates provides complete family dental services, from general to specialty dentistry, all with a focus on excellent care that is affordable, accessible, and personalized. We pride ourselves on being a dental home for your family, which means we have an ongoing relationship with our patients and deliver comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated care in a family-centered way.

Our primary provider teams include a general dentist, at least one hygienist, dental assistants, and administrative support staff. You can choose your dentist and they will provide you care at each dental visit, which allows you to develop a meaningful relationship with your dentist and their team. We also have a pediatric dentistry team that treats children younger than 12 years old. When needed, specialists in orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics consult and support the primary care providers patients. All it takes is a walk down the hall because, in most cases, the entire team is in the same building.

Dental Associates isproud to have received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and to consistently receive high Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores at all our locations. I enjoy coming to this clinic besides my bad experience today. I work overnight as a nurse and got off work at 7am. Got stuck in some traffic on the way to my 7:50 appt. I was 12 minutes late, which I know isn't the clinics fault, but they canceled my appt without notifying me. It would have been nice to know my appt was cancelled so I didn't waste my time driving there after working 13 hours overnight. The receptionist said they allow up to 10 minutes late and I was 12 minutes late. They could have called me or texted me that the appt was cancelled. Really disappointed I wasted my time after working all night long.

The people are very friendly and helpful at Dental Associates Franklin. I recently went in for my 6mo cleaning. My hygienist, Lori, does excellent work and explains everything as she works. I don't generally enjoy going to the dentist but they make it a relaxing and comforting experience.

I was told my procedure was 100% covered. Over a month later I started getting a bill. I've called that office so many times and spoke to so many different people. All they want to do is repeat the same thing back and argue with you. No one cares. No one wants to help. "There's nothing I can do". It's just a corporate tooth factory. Go to a family practice, not a chain dentist. "Please contact our clinic, so we can discuss further......." Been there, done that! Waste of time with rude people.

I was told during my consultation that I would be paying a certain amount out of pocket which was fine. I was called days after to confirm the appointment and amount needed to be paid. When I arrive to my appointment for oral surgery, they said I owed $200 more than what I was told. They said my insurance didn't cover the anesthesia. Days later I called my insurance to explain and they confirmed that they do cover the anesthesia and that I have to call dental associates to request a reimbursement. To tell me the day of my appointment that I owe $200 more than what I expected to pay was just ridiculous and then having to pay a late cancellation fee if I chose to cancel is absurd. After moving forward, an assistant came out to discuss post surgery instructions. On the instructions, it states, "take ibuprofen with prescribed medication." After my procedure, one of the team members stated that they did not prescribe any medication and if it gets worse than to just take ibuprofen. 5 days later, I am in the worse pain of my life and can't even swallow at this point. I called dental associates to see if someone can take a look and prescribe me something for the pain since on the post op oral surgery instructions it states, "A 24-hour answering service is available to reach a doctor at anytime." I explained that I feel like it's infected and that I can't swallow. The receptionist on the phone said the surgeon won't be here until Tuesday, but she will put a message in. I was expected to wait 4 more days to see the surgeon to take a look. She called back stating there's an antibiotic and ibuprofen that's prescribed which was not communicated the day of my procedure whatsoever, only during my consultation. It was stated specifically by one of the assistants that the surgeon did not prescribe anything and to just take ibuprofen if it gets worse. At this point, it was already too late to take the antibiotics orally because I could not swallow anything. I ended up going to urgent care the next day and they told me to go to the hospital where they took a CT and stated that I had an infection that was closing my airway causing me to not be able to swallow and have troubles with breathing. After recovering from the hospital, I reached out to management at dental associates 3 times before I finally got a call back from the supervisor. After explaining everything and how I felt about my oral surgery experience, I was told after investigation, there was nothing they could do about it since there were post surgery instructions that were given out discussing prescribed medication even though it was explicitly stated to just take ibuprofen. I was in a life threatening situation and felt that I was being turned down the cares I needed from this place. I am truly traumatized by this experience in which I have never experienced something like this ever in my life nor have I ever felt so dismissed. I am so disappointed in the oral surgery team with how they handled my cares post surgery even after I advocated for my needs as one of their patients. I am sharing my experience to recommend going to a different place for oral surgery to avoid the extra expenses, miscommunication, the lack of care, and the overall troubles this place has caused.

After determining I need a root canal and a crown, my appointment for surgery was made more than a month later. When I stated I was in a great deal of pain, I was told to take ibuprofen. I was given the cost estimate for the procedure ( which seemed very high). Now, 3 weeks later, I am offially on Medicare and would like a new cost estimate. "Amanda" presented me with the first estimate and told me she'd call me with my new Medicare estimate the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I've called Amanda 5 times, left messages, and she never calls me back. In the meantime, I'm still in pain, waiting for the procedure in three weeks! Very frustrating.

Clean and organized! This office ran very smoothly and it's really big! Their use of technology helped make checking-in efficient. My hygienist was sensitive to my needs and made the cleaning as painless as possible.

Had to switch dentists because of insurance & I had a dental nightmare at Dental Associates. The place is modern & clean, but rather cold feeling. Dr. Mansour was friendly but after my exam said I needed a deep cleaning which my previous dentist would have warned me about. I was then given an estimate for $1,200! I went back to my original dentist who looked at the X-Rays & definitely did not think that was necessary. My original dentist also charges less than half what Dental Associates charges for a deep cleaning, so that is not even remotely comparable. Beware of this place & advocate for your own dental health so you don't get scammed.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They canceled my wisdom tooth extraction because the surgeon left. Then told me that I would have to call their 5 other locations to reschedule, I asked why they wouldn't do this for me and they said no. I told them that I had already taken work off and l had already waited 3 months for the consult to get the surgery appt. When I asked for a refund for the surgical consult that was now irrelevant as they had canceled the surgery they said no. They finally agreed that they would call around and reschedule a new consult and surgery within the original timeline and call me back within one day.

FRAUD/SCAM ALERT: this facility will schedule your appointments too frequently, often days before the interval of your insurance, so they can unnecessarily collect hundreds of dollars in out-of-pocket fees. I've caught them doing this multiple times. If they're doing it to me they may be doing it to others, could be reason for class action litigation against them... Be interesting to see how widespread this fraudulent activity goes should it be subpoenaed.
