Dental Associates is Wisconsins premier dental provider, offering your family complete dental care at 14 convenient locations. What once was a small office serving only one Milwaukee location is now a well-respected organization of over 800 team members serving 14 clinics and thousands of families throughout Eastern Wisconsin, from Green Bay to Milwaukee and down to Kenosha. Were proud to be owned by a practicing dentist, Dr. Thomas Manos. In fact, weve been owned by Dr. Manos family ever since our first clinic opened in 1974.

We truly believe that your family receives the most complete, coordinated care when you visit any of our clinics. Not only do our dentists and their teams treat each patient as if theyre family, but you wont have to be referred out for specialty dental work, should you ever need it. If your dentist finds you need a root canal, dentures, dental implants, or other specialty dental procedure, you can have it all done in the same clinic or one of our nearby clinics.

Also, you can visit your dentist in the same facility where your child visits their pediatric dentist. Then when its time, your child can visit our orthodontics department for a consult about bracesand you can do it all in the same building! Thats the Dental Associates benefit, and we know youll enjoy having all your dental care from one dental provider.

Our dentists and their teams are the best in the industry. Theyre caring, compassionate, and are dedicated to providing Wisconsin residents with the very best care. Learn about what inspires our team members in Our Calling videos or read Dentist Reviews from actual patients.

Dental Associates is led by Dr. Manos, who champions the belief that team dentistry builds the best relationships and delivers the best results for patients. Thats why Dental Associates provides complete family dental services, from general to specialty dentistry, all with a focus on excellent care that is affordable, accessible, and personalized. We pride ourselves on being a dental home for your family, which means we have an ongoing relationship with our patients and deliver comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated care in a family-centered way.

Our primary provider teams include a general dentist, at least one hygienist, dental assistants, and administrative support staff. You can choose your dentist and they will provide you care at each dental visit, which allows you to develop a meaningful relationship with your dentist and their team. We also have a pediatric dentistry team that treats children younger than 12 years old. When needed, specialists in orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics consult and support the primary care providers patients. All it takes is a walk down the hall because, in most cases, the entire team is in the same building.

Dental Associates isproud to have received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and to consistently receive high Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores at all our locations. Learn about our Press Ganey Dentist Reviews. Our long list of awards & recognitions also confirms our longstanding level of care. We've also receivedover 4,000 4 and 5-star reviews on Google, further confirming our patients' satisfaction with our staff and the services provided.

We consistently aspire to meet this mission by defining and living a set of values that are customer-focused, caring and compassionate. We not only live these values at our clinics but carry them into our communities as well.

Dental Associates Fond du Lac - General dentist in Fond Du Lac, WI

Our very first clinic opened in 1974 on South 16th Street in Milwaukee. Starting as a 1-chair clinic with just a few employees, weve now grown to 14 clinics with over 800 dedicated team members! We set our roots in Wisconsin, and ever since weve been dedicated to serving the families who live in this great state.

Weve always been owned by a dentist rather than a corporation. Though were the largest group dental practice in the state, what sets us apart is our ownership. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. 1) claimed my insurance denied coverage My insurance said they never even submitted. They have no records at all of them. 2) was initially told we didn't need a consultation due to having the consultation work already done elsewhere, so my appointment is for the procedure. The day before, after hearing nothing back from them, call in to find out what's up. Nope, it's an appointment for a consultation. And there's a $120(?) fee that wasn't previously mentioned. 3)go to the consultation. They're still stupid about masks. The entire staff has them around their chins and pulls them up when you walk their direction. I get it, they're pointless. Drop it already. Have to put a mask on for the 10 foot walk to the room just to take it back off because it's a DENTAL APPOINTMENT. 4) the actual doc seems nice enough. 5) that fee they didn't mention but then did mention didn't get mentioned again. I confirmed with my insurance that this is covered. Since I've already hit my max out of pocket this is a big deal, otherwise I'm looking at about a grand out of pocket. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to Dental Associates for several years. On my first visit, I received a generous welcome gift bag that included an electric toothbrush. It was a high quality device that is still going strong to this day. Everyone has always been kind and welcoming during my visits. Scheduling appointments is easy and their hours are accommodating for the 1st shift full-time employee, something that can usually be challenging to work around without taking vacation or leaving early. My only hang-up was at my recent visit less than two weeks ago, they were still requiring masks during your visit, stating they were a healthcare facility. While that is certainly their choice, at a time when numbers continue to get even lower, hopefully they'll consider scaling back on COVID restrictions and getting back to normal soon. It's not enough to deter me from going back at this time, but I know of people that it would, so please be advised. Oct 2022 update: I cancelled my recent appointment with them, after first confirming it via text message (a feature I do enjoy!). After I sent that confirmation text, I then got another from them to review their most recent COVID guidelines before coming to my appointment. It was here I found they were still requiring masks and temperature checks upon entering. I then cancelled my appointment. At this point in time, when the County is and has been in the "LOW" category for quite some time, it's time to scale back on the requirements of customers. I get that healthcare facilities are different, but this is a dentist's office that works on teeth, not a place people go to have potentially contagious diseases diagnosed. Again, this is certainly their choice, but is also mine in not patronizing their facility until they lift these requirements from customers such as myself.

I scheduled services to have fillings done and an oral consultation. I was made aware of the cost of the fillings, but not the consultation. Showed up for the consultation and at the end was told I owe 125.00. When I brought up that the representative did not make me aware of the cost, and that I specifically asked them the if there was one they said "you signed the estimate." Terrible service was super embarrassed and will take my services elsewhere.

My appointment was at 5:10, showed up at 4 no one was in the lobby thinking I may be squeezed in between appointments. Nope not all then 5:10 arrived and still not taken back for a cleaning - I guess it's alright for them to be running late but God forbid your late. Never going back and I wouldn't recommend them. Unless you want to be treated like you are in a assembly line.

Dental associates sent my bill to collections without notifying me even once. I had simply made a mistake on the amount I wrote the check for. Now a simple $100 transaction that could have been fixed by a phone call is affecting my credit. I will choose a different dental care provider. (Update: No badgercarePlus as well) (Update: I raised by 1 star, had a dental emergency, and the receptionist squeezed me in when no other place would, I may raid it more once the work is done)

Absolute unprofessionalism. I have an abscess which hurts all the way up into my ear. I had a previously scheduled appointment at 5 pm. I received a call saying Dr Reem was leaving early by someone other then the doctors scheduler asking if I could come in early. I said yes. When I came in there was confusion as to where I was being worked on. Come to find out I got caught up in a dentist being terminated. It got so crazy I opted to leave. I was told I'd get a call back to reschedule. That never happened. I showed up in person and they told me to go to the walk in clinic.
