Dental Associates Alsip is proud to serve Alsip and the surrounding communities! We opened our new clinic in April 2017, but Dr. Wren and Dr. Eber have worked together for over 30 years. Dr. Meg Eber, Dr. Richard Eber's daughter, joined our practice in 2020. In addition to our dentists, our caring team consists of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office support to provide you and your family with all your dental needs.
Dental Associates of Alsip is proud to serve Alsip and the surrounding communities, offering a wide-range of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Walter Wren and Dr. Richard Eber have served the Alsip area for nearly 30 years.
Dr. Wren and Dr. Eber both attended the University Of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Wren met Dr. Eber while he was an instructor at the dental school, then their paths crossed once again after Dr. Eber had graduated. Through their shared passion for the Southern Chicago community and providing exceptional dental care, they decided to form a partnership in 1988.
Since then, their practice has grown from a one-chair dental clinic to a large, state-of-the-art clinic with a staff complete with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office management! Dr. Wren and Dr. Eber practice a conservative approach to dentistry, where they try to save as much of the tooth as possible in restorative procedures as opposed to costly, in-depth procedures that are often needed when one or more teeth are lost altogether.Dr. Meg Eber, Dr. Richard Eber's daughter, joined Dental Associates Alsip in 2020 and is excited to provide excellent dental care alongside Dr. Wren and Dr. Eber.
We are an all-digital practice and proud to offer you the latest in dental technology. Our digital X-rays machine is the most current available, and it produces the most accurate and quickest X-ray images while emitting a very low amount of radiationeven less radiation than you experience while in flying in a commercial airplane! By using the newest technology, we can provide you the most complete care possible.
Dr. Walter Wren received his D.D.S. from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1985. Shortly after, he began practicing and also became an instructor at the dental school. While his practice grew, he reconnected with Dr. Eber and the two began practicing at the same clinic. Over the years, Dr. Wren has grown his practice from a small practice to one that is recognized by many in the community.
What Dr. Wren enjoys most about being a dentist is the patient interaction he has every day. He believes variety in his patients is very important, and he enjoys getting to know each patient as an individual, learning their stories and helping them establish good oral health habits. On the south side of Chicago the population is very diverse, and Dr. Wren thoroughly enjoys this aspect of his practice. He feels fortunate that the community provides him the opportunity to work with people from all different lifestyles, ethnicities.
Anne Gallagher has been in the dental field for over 30 years, and has been a hygienist for over 18. She enjoys interacting with her patients every day and she believes they are the best aspect of her career. She enjoys educating patients of all ages on oral hygiene so that their mouth can help contribute to their overall health. Anne is a dedicated hygienist who will help keep you in the best health possible while doing so in a comfortable environment!

I had a great dislike for dentist until I came to this practice. Dr Meg really cares about her patients and makes sure they are as comfortable as can be during your visit. I highly recommend this group!

Great experience every time. Always on schedule and staff make you feel at ease. Did a great job of getting my family on a 6 month schedule and have always been very accommodating when we have conflicts. Dr. Wren has always been great. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.
