Dr. Alana is the best! I will only go to her for my Botox. It's perfect for months!! And everyone is so nice at the practice. Highly recommend!

I would like to preface this review by stating that the dental care that I have received at Dental Arts of Westwood has been excellent. Both the dentists and hygienists are wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the admin staff has not been as wonderful. I was told at my last visit that I needed to have a crown replaced. I provided the staff with my appropriate insurance information prior to my appointment and as I was leaving the office I confirmed the correct insurance. 2 weeks later an estimate arrives, but with the wrong insurance plan. Ugh.... So I call and cancel my appointment for the procedure because I don't have pre authorization or any idea of cost and again, inform the front desk that they need to use the correct insurance info and it was provided again. Nothing.... I have heard nothing and it has been a month. I called today and spoke with another person at the front desk and she says "you have the pre auth from (insert wrong insurance company)" and I let her know, AGAIN, the proper insurance info. She says "oh here it is in the notes, I will submit for the pre auth now". Ok, thanks.... Would have been nice if someone had done it a month ago when I called! I just don't understand why this has now taken over 2 months and now we need to wait longer because no one ever submitted this a month ago when I was told they would submit. NO ONE IS LISTENING!!!

Excellent care ... Dr. Dan makes sure his patients are pain free and comfortable with any procedures to be done ... and has a great rapport with his patients as well; and my hygienist Danielle is excellent too ... I'm a very satisfied patient!

I had my first appointment with Dental Arts of Westwood today and it was such a wonderful experience. I had dental hygienist, Megan, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and she talked me through each step of the way. She was amazing and very kind. She did a great job on my dental cleaning as well as a fluoride treatment. I had many questions along the way and she was able to answer each question thoroughly. Dr. Ashley was nice and efficient. The office was clean and all staff were very professional. I really can't say enough about my first appointment at Dental Arts of Westwood. I highly recommend this office.

I have been a client for 4 years, and I feel very confident in every dentist and hygienist that I have seen over the years. I trust the team completely. Today, I was able to get into the office for a crown replacement with less than 24 hours given to Dental Arts to schedule my appointment. The office is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and I no longer dread dental appointments! Highly recommend Dental Arts of Westwood- they are amazing.

I recently had a billing issue resulting from an obvious error, either on the part of Dental Arts of Westwood or the insurance company. DAoW did not even attempt to resolve the issue with my insurance company. They just demanded payment, embarrassed me in front of a crowded lobby and told me to sort it out with the insurance company. Greedy, hostile payment policies. Plenty of dentists, go elsewhere.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This office has been the worst experience of my life. They made me feel terrible about not having the best oral health and pressured me about making a payment first. THEY LAUGHED AND MOCKED ME OVER MY ORAL HEALTH and said it so loudly that other patients overheard. They dont care about HIPPA, and im sure if I told them i had thousands of money for dental care they would have treated me as first class.

Coming from a previous employee of this office, STAY AWAY!!! They don't care about your oral health, they would laugh and gossip about patients and only care about receiving a payment from you. ITS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY HERE. That's it.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The office is very clean. The staff is very welcome, friendly, and knowledgeable! I become a patient about 3 years ago. My first procedures were to get my wisdom teeth out. The appointment went smoothly and I felt little to know pain after! I would recommend this office to all my friends and family!
