Pam Patient Care Coordinator Pam loves that everyone at our office truly cares about the health and well-being of our patients. Pam finds that it is great to want to come to work every day, knowing that our team is providing excellent care in a fun, loving and comfortable setting.
A native of Iowa, Pams family is everything to her. Her daughter and son have blessed her with three beautiful granddaughters. Since they live nearby, Pam gets to spend a great deal of time with them. After all, being a grandma is the best! When she is not in the office, Pam loves to sing, dance, play the guitar, and go hiking and camping. Her favorite place in the world is Maui. She loves Italian food, Mexican food and seafood, but her favorite is avocado added to anything!
Sandy Insurance Coordinator Dentistry has been a part of Sandys life for 38 years. She began as a dental assistant before moving to the front office. She has helped our practice grow over the years and has enjoyed working with our patients, doctors and fellow team members. Sandy brings a commitment to do her best for the patients and her team spirit to work with her every day, along with her knowledge of insurance.Sandy was born in Michigan and is from a family of seven. She grew up in Indiana and moved to Arizona in 1977. She has been married for almost 14 years and has 2 amazing sons, 4 stepchildren and 10 grandkids. She loves spending time with her family and especially loves being a grandma since her grandkids melt her heart!In her spare time, Sandy enjoys cooking, baking and good food, particularly candy and pasta. But she also loves to dance and to run and has a goal of running a full or half marathon in the future. She relaxes by knitting, and she also enjoys camping/glamping. She and her husband recently joined an RV camping group, and they camp from April to September. In fact, they just bought a Honda Pioneer, and they go riding as often as they can.
Dayve Schedule Coordinator Dayve feels honored to be a part of the Dental Arts of Suprise team. She truly enjoys meeting and getting to know the patients. Dayve comes to us after 38 years in the legal field. She and her husband have two grown children and one grand dog. She is originally from Vancouver, Washington and moved here to Arizona in 2021 after her husband recently retired. When she is not working, she is enjoying hosting her family, traveling, swimming and cooking.
Courtney has been in the dental field since 2003. She started as a dental assistant then transitioned to the front office in 2016. She is very passionate about educating and helping patients get the dental care they need, want and desire. She has been in Arizona since 1999 and before lived in Colorado. She graduated from Washington High School with honors then attended Bryman College where she received her Associate Degree of Science. When she is not working, she loves to hike, swim, read and go to the gym. She is happily married with three children and two fur babies.
Mara started as a dental assistant at Dental Arts of Surprise in 2005. She went to dental hygiene school at Phoenix College in 2007 and graduated with honors in 2009. She practiced for five years before returning to our office in 2014. Mara loves the family atmosphere at our office with the staff and the patients. She loves getting to know her patients, making them feel comfortable and making sure that they know that they are receiving great care.
Alina feels honored to be a part of our dental team. She has been a dental hygienist since 2001. She graduated from Phoenix College and always strives to provide quality care to all of our patients and make them feel comfortable in a fun and friendly environment.
Alina is originally from Romania and moved to Arizona in 1994. She is married with two kids. When she is not at work, she participates in various church activities and enjoys hiking, family vacations, dark chocolate and coffee. She also loves playing board games, shopping and watching Hallmark movies with her family.
Sabrina loves being a part of the team here at Dental Arts of Surprise. She has been in the dental field since 2010. She started out as a dental assistant and has been a hygienist since 2015. Sabrina enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and at home when in her care. The most rewarding part of being a hygienist is helping her patients achieve a healthy smile.
Sabrina is an Arizona native, originally from Tucson. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake or camping in the woods. She loves a good book, running and trying new restaurants.
Teresa has been a part of Dental Arts of Surprise since 2005. She has been a dental assistant since 2000 and also serves as our clinical patient coordinator. She is the youngest of seven children and enjoys the outdoors, going to the gym and traveling. She also loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her three grandkids.
Jenni loves being a part of our team and meeting new patients. She also appreciates the opportunity to help make them feel happy about their smiles. She always stays positive at the office and is a team player. She makes sure that she is available to help anyone, including coworkers and patients.
Jenni is an Arizona native. Family is important to her; she has two siblings and is part of a large family that also lives in Arizona. She and her boyfriend, Steve, have two dogs, Jake and Lola, whom she loves very much! When she is not at work, Jenni enjoys camping, hiking, crafting, traveling and being with friends and family. She also loves seafood and Disney, especially Alice in Wonderland. Kauai is her favorite place to visit.
Ashley loves being part of an amazing team that motivates her to be a better person every day. She graduated high school in 2015 and completed dental assisting school the same year. Ashley was born and raised in Phoenix and is the second oldest of five kids. She loves crafting, hiking and doing makeup. Her favorite food is seafood, and her favorite television show is Greys Anatomy. She hopes to travel to Thailand one day, and Ashley is a big Beyonc fan!
Megan recently graduated from the Arizona School of Dental Assisting and joined our team in 2020. She loves all that our team has to teach her and the amazing opportunity to learn with all of our state-of-the-art equipment. Megan is the youngest of 10 siblings and is from Minnesota. She has spent most of her life in Phoenix but enjoys escaping the heat whenever possible. On her free time, she enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping or being by the water with her boyfriend, Tommy, and their dog. She loves Mexican food and never misses a Taco Tuesday.
Jaimie graduated from Arizona College of Allied Health in 2021 as a dental assistant. She loves being a part of a team that is passionate about helping patients love their smiles. Jaimie is originally from California and moved with her family to Arizona in 2005. She is the oldest of three siblings. She enjoys being outdoors with her family, watching Netflix and going on road trips. When she is not helping patients, you can find her outside or at Canes.
Donald Eberhart, DDSDr. Don A. Eberhart was raised in the suburbs of southern California and attended the University of California, San Diego where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with minors in psychology and art history. After taking a few months to travel through Europe, Dr. Eberhart attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he graduated with honors. Having spent his entire life in California, he decided to change things up and headed to Arizona to begin practicing dentistry.
Learning and teaching have always been passions for Dr. Eberhart. Since 2011, he has been a mentor at the world-renowned Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, where he helps train practicing dentists how to use CEREC technologies. Being a mentor also allows him to learn about new advances and technologies before they are released. Dr. Eberhart has been practicing in the West Valley since 2000 and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Association. He is a dedicated fan of the Arizona Cardinals (Rise Up Red Sea!) and values spending time with his wife, two sons and daughter exploring Arizona and participating in various outdoor activities.
Dallas Paul, DMDOriginally from outside of Las Vegas, Dr. Paul and his family traded the Mojave Desert in for the Sonoran Desert last summer, staying true to their love of the desert. He is excited to get to know our community, one patient at a time. It is his goal to care for each person in a way that goes beyond the teeth by helping them understand what is involved in the procedures that they need. Dr. Paul finds joy in giving each patient the individualized and high-quality care they deserve.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University with a major in biology, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. As a life-long student, Dr. Paul continues to expand his knowledge base and increase his skills through many different forms of continuing education. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. Prior to joining Dental Arts of Surprise, he practiced in Pagosa Springs, CO, and Goodyear, AZ.
Dr. Paul and his wife have been married for over 10 years. As she is a hygienist, most dinner conversations often revolve around dentistry. They stay very busy chasing around their three boys and enjoy anything and everything outdoors especially hiking, riding bikes, running and Little League Baseball. When hes not at the office or exploring with his wife and boys, Dr. Paul is an avid sports enthusiast and loves staying up to date in the world of sports!
